Lovely overnight stay on a great offer. Deluxe room was very nice and felt so Comfy. Food amazing and staff were very friendly and they done a great job. Fantastic stay will stay again.

Great hotel, location. Meet and greet night with master chef 5 course tasting menu magnificent. Staff friendly and very helpful re hotel etc. A definite re visit in the future.

Great stay, helpfull staff and good rooms, good food and very clean on one small fault our room could have been warmer did not see any heater or heating controls except one for heated towel rail in bathroom otherwise very happy with hotel.

Lovely hotel with lovely grounds and within walking distance of designer outlet village. Disappointed with dinner as was given a bar menu instead of restaurant menu with limited options. Staff apologised as hotel had been closed for 4 days, also advised there would be no salad with any dish as they didn't have any even tho one of the 2 starters was a caesar salad, and strangely my burger came with lettuce and tomato on it. I specifically chose this hotel as it was a £25pp off the menu which I preferred rather than a limited set menu

Dinner bed and breakfast offer with late checkout and room upgrade. Couldn’t fault the hotel, spotlessly clean, food very good and staff friendly. Barmaid charged for desserts by mistake but quickly sorted out and refund given.

We stayed in a lovely room. The breakfast on the first morning was served on a very cold plate. The food wasn’t that warm because of that. The coffee was the same, only stayed warm for a minute. The dinner was lovely apart from my wife’s sweet was quite hard . The waitress Karrie? was very good in the cirstances

We loved our stay at this hotel. Friendly and efficient staff, lovely location. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Meals were lovely, the Indian menu on Sunday evening was an added bonus. Great value for money. We'll definitely go back.

Located on the English side of the River Sark, with Gretna Outlets only a short walk from it. Well kept gardens, including beer garden. Despite being located next to a busy road, I found the room to be quiet. Could not fault the food offering in the bar. Excellent food and generous portions.

We had a lovely two night stay at the Gretna chase hotel. Great service , attentive staff and friendly. Rooms were spotless , fresh soft towels . Large tv .we had a de luxe room which was very big and cosy We dined in the restaurant on our first night as we had £25 per person towards meals . Food was really tasty and well presented . All in all an excellent well needed break and we will definitely stay here again Well done to all staff

Dinner was good although had to eat in bar as there was a wedding on. Breakfast ok but better on second morning when it was made to order.
