Lovely hotel and great service. Room was huge with a 2 seat couch, Bath and Shower. Cannot fault it at all. Plenty of parking. Would definately go back.

We had a nice time at this Hotel. We were given room 15 a very spacious room plenty cupboard space. Good powerful shower. Large TV. Spotless clean and very quiet. There is a set menu which has plenty choice. Thought the bar prices were expensive. It's right on the border of Scotland and England and a short walk to the retail park and Blacksmiths wedding venue. Would go back

Lovely relaxing weekend stay at the hotel. Deluxe room has sofa to relax on and coffee table to hold your cups when watching TV or reading. Thoroughly enjoyed meal and drinks and would definitely stay again if travelling south. Very comfy bed too.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the Gretna Chase. Although there were weddings on each night, the service was excellent and the food was very good. The staff were most helpful and perhaps the only mild criticism we had was the menu was a bit limited. But the food was well prepared and was very quickly served. We look forward to coming back

Once again we had a lovely stay at the Gretna Chase hotel. Rooms are very clean and are a great size and have everything you need. Special mention for the excellent steak dinner as it was one of the nicest steak dinners we’ve had and cooked exactly as we requested. Well done to the chef! We will recommend any definitely return.

Had a lovely stay at the Gretna Chase Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of storage. Staff were helpful and friendly. Had dinner on first night which was good. tail was included however only two choices! Breakfast both mornings was included and was ok. Altogether an enjoyable stay. Ideas for improvement- mini fridge and safe.

The Gretna Chase greeted us when we arrived and informed us that we had been up-graded to a Suite, which included a four poster bed, which we were thrilled with as it was our Wedding Anniversary. Thank you. We had booked in for steak night which included steak chips and coleslaw and onion rings and a drink. This was adequate, would of better with some veg or something. The restaurant and bar were busy. The staff were polite thank you for your hospitality.

All good from the point of view of the deal on offer - however we did experience noise from the room above us during the night - we were in room 14 - and when we were leaving we did try to find someone to speak with but sadly we could not find anyone and had to leave early as we were on our way home south. That being said the room was good, food was good and the hotel I would recommend to others.

Another great stay at Gretna Chase Hotel. Spent two lovely afternoons relaxing in their beautiful gardens. Rooms have everything you need and excellent showers. Greaer pressure and lovely . Breakfast and dinner were excellent and great service once again from Priti who really is an asset to the hotel. Will definitely be back.

The offer of DB&B was a bit misleading as it was only a £15 credit off your meal where the majority of choice of main meal was in excess of that amount. There was a noticeable shortage of waiting staff. Poor signage as to where restaurant was we had to find someone to ask. Comfortable and clean but won't be rushing back.
