An amazing hotel! Lovely rooms, food, facilities and staff! The staff went out of their way to look after us and were so kind and friendly! The service was exceptional and just an overall great place to stay

Nice comfortable hotel, clean and recently refurbished the room was as described ‘cosy’ it had all the amenities you need and property had lovely aspect for having drink and enjoying breakfast. Staff were warm friendly and able to help, walking distance from the station it is handy to all things in York.

Good central location 5minute walk to the bridge to take you into the city centre. Nice breakfast ordered from a menu and not a buffet. Hotel was clean and the staff helpful. Room was also very clean, comfortable double bed and a good size TV on the wall. Suitable parking at the hotel with barrier access.

A beautiful clean hotel with lovely staff , and comfortable beds. The breakfast was superb . We also enjoyed the outdoor seating areas . Highly recommended!
