All of the staff were excellent. Facilities were everything we required. Food was very good. Only downside was background music was, in my opinion, very weird.

Excellent hotel, very quick and friendly welcome on arrival. Room on the 3rd floor, was outstanding, and had everything we needed for our overnight stay, bed was very comfortable, and great nights sleep. Breakfast: excellent variety of continental and hot food available, in a very attractive setting. Only slight let down was when we were talking to other couple who had booked through Myhotelbreak in bar, said there room was on the sixth floor, and lovely chocolates in room on arrival, on checking my booking, found that we were meant to get glass of prosecco on arrival, which was not offered. Overall would definitely recommend The Address Hotel, centrally located, and excellent room and breakfast.

Excellent location, staff were very welcoming and friendly made checking in a breeze. The lobby bar was bright and spacious food and drink was reasonably priced and tasted really nice. The club bedroom was spacious and bed was comfy, I wasn’t keen on the pillows but they were ok for the night it would have been a nice touch if the room had a small fridge to keep bottled water cold. We had breakfast the next morning where we found the staff yet again really friendly and explained where everything was, the hot buffet was great but I felt that there wasn’t much for vegetarians and wished there had maybe been mushrooms and tattie scones but what selection they had was tasty and plentiful. Think this might be our new go to hotel, will definitely be back.

Warm welcome. Room was spacious and clean. Staff very helpful. It was also very quiet considering it was in the city centre.

The hotel overall is very nice and centrally located however there was some issues, our bathroom was rather strangely laid out with everything crammed into a small space although there was a large open area that was completely empty. The bedroom was cold and there was absolutely no heating in the bathroom. The mugs supplied were too large to use with the coffee machine.

There was no hot food at breakfast. Only one toaster a queue for toast. Made reception aware on leaving and they were aware of the issue but no recompense offered.

I booked bed & breakfast with upgrade to use spa. We ended up in a room on top floor with loft window couldn’t see out. We went for breakfast but there was no cooked breakfast ready and guests had to wait long time for it to be replenished we left without breakfast as had waited too long. When booking spa very limited availability so unless wanted to get up at 7am not able to use spa. Hotel very busy staff were very pleasant. Wouldn’t book again as was disappointed.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Our room was lovely as was the breakfast the next day, the bar was very reasonably priced which makes a nice change for city centre hotels-its also a fab people watching spot! Also enjoyed the wellness suite it was very relaxing, would recommend and can't wait to stay again next time in Glasgow for an overnight!

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Glasgow, ideal for visiting a show at the King's Theatre as we did. Lovely surroundings, with lots of lovely finishing touches making this quite a special hotel. Beds were the we've ever slept in. Don't forget to order eggs at breakfast as the only poor item was the premade scrambled egg on offer which was inedible. Otherwise a fantastic hotel

Checked in early and the room was not yet available, the young lady on duty was very pleasant and helpful. She asked if we wanted to leave our luggage to allow us to wander around the city without any luggage. Checked in later, same lady, very helpful. Very nice hotel, room was spotless with all necessary soap, shampoo etc. Bar area was also very nice. I used the sauna in the morning (spotless) but was disappointed to find out I had to pay an additional £15 as I was only staying 1 night. The only downside for me was the quality of the breakfast, it was ok, but only ok, I would consider staying at the hotel again, location was also excellent.

Check in and check out was handled by Louise. She was so welcoming and also sad to see us leave and asking that we come back soon. The room was as described. Nice space except for shower cubicle which had a very tight doorway/entrance. I had slight tension about number of corridors. However, was reassured by all the appropriate fire escape signage and floor plan in bedroom. Self service breakfast was adequate. Glass of Prosecco as part of deal, was the real deal. Highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed here (15th - 16th August) and honestly it’s absolutely fantastic. I didn’t know much about the hotel before we stayed however I booked it without reading too many reviews as I didn’t want to be influenced. I can’t believe how impressed I was. For somewhere supposedly three star it far exceeds expectations. Firstly, the Reception team were great. Quick and efficient and answered all the main questions (without having to ask) straightaway. Secondly, the air conditioning. For someone who has recently visited a five star hotel with no air conditioning during the heatwave I was so happy and impressed the room had such good air conditioning. This in itself is enough reason to rebook. Thirdly, the room was lovely. Spacious and felt well thought out when designed. The little box of chocolates and water with proper glasses was a beautiful touch. The bed was enormous and so comfortable. Socket points on either side of the bed was also a plus. The mirror where the TV is also had a socket which was great for doing hair in the morning. It doesn’t sound like much but all these little details add up to a really convenient experience. Good size towels in the bathroom, which isn’t always the case. Nice smelling toiletries, again not always guaranteed. I caught myself saying to my partner more than once “I really like it here”. I’m not always the easiest to please (admittedly so!) but this place hits the mark every time. Breakfast the next day was equally impressive. The staff member who sat us was friendly and lovely and again just answered all the questions without needing to be asked. The breakfast selection is vast. There’s something for everyone and the milk alternatives were a great touch. Again, doesn’t sound like much but it just felt well thought out. Now my favourite thing about breakfast was the addition of takeaway cups at the coffee station. This is genius. I haven’t seen this before but I always wish I could take my coffee back to the room with me and this really pleased me. I couldn’t find fault with the quality of any of the breakfast items. As for the rest of the stay, the shower pressure was excellent and check out was smooth. What more could you want from a central city location? It was extremely reasonable and I’ve stayed in all the major hotels in Glasgow, most of which are more expensive, and this outshines them. Really pleased.

Nice hotel, very close to train station. Shops and restaurants right outside the door. Friendly staff, nice quiet room. Comfortable bed, lovely big towel. Just missed the biscuits with a cuppa. Enjoyed the breakfast but thought over prices for what they was.
