We had a great over night stay at The Normandy. The hotel was lovely & clean & the staff were very nice. We stayed for my parents golden wedding anniversary. It was a Robbie Williams Tribute Night. The DJ before the act was fab & really got the crowd going. The tribute act himself was amazing. He was more like Robbie than Robbie! lol The set meal was okay. We thought their may have been a few options but it was one choice only. But we didn’t let that spoil our night especially for the great price we paid. We will defo return for another tribute night.

Had the best night on Saturday 30th August was a Robbie Williams tribute night was such a good night tribute act was just brilliant and the DJ before the act was outstanding so funny and gets everyone involved up dancing and having a good time. Staff were lovely rooms nice and clean will definitely be back.

I Booked an executive room , but found it small ... drinks were expensive and set dinner was not what I expected! Plus side the DJ and Abba tribute act were brilliant

Had a lovely stay Room was nice food delicious entertainment really good Only downside was breakfast set up it was really busy with a long queue and as I am in a wheelchair there wasn’t much room to get around

I took some of my staff to a 70s 80s tribute night on the 19th of April. The band were great. Staff at the hotel were helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable but certainly not luxury. It's a party hotel so definitely don't go on a tribute night if you want peace and quiet or a relaxing break. The food at lunchtime in the bar was cold apart from the sharing platters. It was fine, however, the meal at the tribute night was absolutely awful. Only one of my staff ate it. Probably the worst I have ever had. We would go again for the tribute night as it was great value (even if you deduct the meal). My staff had a great night, apart from the meal.

Hotel was lovely. Room was small but good.. Party night was fantastic, great atmosphere. We werent informed what the menu was, there was no choice, it just got put down in front of you. It wasnt good, chicken was over cooked like leather, potatos where lumpy and veg wasnt any better. But the entertaintment was fantastic...really loud and lots of flashing lights.staff told us they had halved the hall as it usually holds 500/600...

Celebration weekend with my friends. Staff were lovely, very attentive. Entertainment was fab, food was Rooms spotless, comfortable beds. Definitely will be back.

I attend your Taylor swift tribute event with my daughter & her friend. The price for the event combined with 2 course meal, 2 rooms & an overnight stay with breakfast was amazing. The event was outstanding, both girls really enjoyed it. The 2 course meal was nice although it would have been good to be notified what we would've been served. The staff from check in to bar staff where fabulous. Friendly, approachable, polite as well professional. They handled an argument that could have severely escalated, very well and professionally. The two rooms looked as if they had been recently renovated. Clean, tidy and everything you need including full size cups for your tea. Downside, the rooms weren't interconnecting. Breakfast was a buffet and was not very fresh. My husband had to wait 10mins for someone to make a fried egg (the restraunt was not busy). All in all we would recommend this hotel and would probably return.

We were very dissappointed with room given to us on arrival. Very dated. Old wooden furniture covered in stains, bed squeezed and mattress was well passed sell by date. No way was I paying to sleep in that room. I have 2 prolapsed discs and could not possibly have slept in that bed. Complained to reception staff who initially said they were fully booked and could do nothing. I asked for a refund as room was that bad. After a short time I was found another room. Totally other end of scale, room was beautiful, all mod cons including 50 inch TV. If we had got a room like this first we would have had nothing to complain about. Staff friendly. Meal was delish. Hot breakfast each morning. Tribute was fantastic. Wish I'd taken a picture of first room as it was certainly not the one they advertise.

Booked the room with dinner and breakfast rate. Staff and food were excellent. Room was a little small and decor tired. However, for the room rate charged it an observation, not a complaint, I have stayed in worse and paid more. The car park rate confused me a little at booking, it looked like there was a £15 supplement to park, that is only if you are leaving your car for the week, the parking is free while you stay at the hotel. Will definitely stay again

Hotel well located for visiting Glasgow and Firth of Clyde areas, next to Golf club and Glasgow Airport. Pleasant lounge/bar area. Enjoyable evening meal and great breakfast.
