Best hotel stay for my fiancé 40th birthday! Hotel is gorgeous and staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great and an endless amount of facilities! Loved the breakfast. Can’t wait to come and stay again and bring our three kids too!

We stayed for two nights in a delux couples retreat. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard and was very cosy and comfortable with everything we needed for our self catering stay. The wood fired hot tub and log burner were great and the views from our accommodation were amazing! Will definitely return as there was many activities to do on-site that we didn’t get time to do.

Excellent customer service, we ate in Cruize restaurant where meal was delicious. Bike hire was fabulous value for money, overall our stay was very enjoyable and we will be back soon for another weekend of fun.

Fabulous hotel. Staff were excellent. Service in restaurants in bars and restaurants was first class. Reception staff were extremely helpful especially when ferries were cancelled and we had to stay a further night. There was nothing we could fault about this hotel and we will certainly be returning . Well done everyone at Auchrannie.

Great stay at the hotel. The room was in a perfect position to accommodate us and our dog. We were made so welcome by all the staff with no compromise on the standard of room, which we have experienced in other hotels. Highly recommended in every respect. The stay was also more affordable due to being alerted to an offer by the myhotelbreak.com email.

Please visit the Arran Botanical Drinks beach house at Cladach 1.4miles along the road towards Bro castle, highlight of our trip as qwll as the food and drink at Auchrannie. This was our first visit to Auchrannie and it certainly won't be our last! From the moment we checked in, the staff were friendly and helpful.I was delighted to receive a birthday card in our room, as well as one from the spa staff, where I had a wonderful relaxing treatment - what a lovely touch! Our feature room was comfortable, well appointed and we loved the decor. We visited the gym, pool and sauna as well as ASPA, where I have a fantastic Be Enveloped treatment by the lovely Chloe. As our whole experience over our two nights was so good, there was one minor incident at breakfast on Saturday that did stand out - my husband ordered porridge as it had been so nice the day before. Unfortunately, the experience was not the same and at the risk of sounding like Goldilocks, it was cold and very lumpy, to the point he couldn't eat it. When he told our server about this, she simply removed it and said she would tell the chef; an apology and offer of replacing it wouldn't have gone amiss. Other than that, we had a lovely relaxing stay and felt our couples break deal was fantastic value for money.

We loved our stay at Auchrannie, so much so that we have already booked to return next summer. I travelled with my two children, and we were in an executive room, with two comfortable bunk beds, and a comfortable double bed. The room was spacious, well equipped with a mini fridge etc. The room and bathroom were clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The breakfast and dinner in Cruize was delicious, varied and great value. The leisure facilities in both the House Hotel and the Spa Resort were great for children and adults alike, and we used them daily. Auchrannie is set in beautiful surrounds, and an excellent base from which to explore Arran more widely, and there is a lot to do on the island. The most exceptional thing about Auchrannie, however, are their staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We found Arran in general amazingly friendly, with a lovely community feel, and this really is reflected in the atmosphere at Auchrannie. We can't wait to come back.

We had a fantastic stay (as always) at the Auchrannie. This was my mum and dads first time in Arran, and to have such a wonderful hotel package to go with it really enhanced our stay. My partner and I stay at the Auchrannie every November for our anniversary and we always have a magical time exploring the island and having the wonderful facilities to kick back and enjoy at the end of a day in the rain and the great outdoors. The staff from reception, spa and restaurants were fantastic and did everything to make the stay as relaxing as possible. Myhotelbreak staff were accommodating and gave me a call to make sure I had booked correctly because both had my surname (my mum and dads room and my partner/ I room) so was great that they call and make sure all is okay and booked correctly. Very friendly and helpful whenever I have had to call. We will be keeping an eye on myhotel break for similar deals in the future (we stayed using the couples break deal so this was staying in the Spa Hotel, breakfast included and £90 credit towards the Aspa or Arran Adventures) Well worth the money and will be visiting again as planned! Had an amazing 3 night stay our room was wonderful and spacious Although there was just the 2 of us it was a family room with an extra 2 bunk beds Breakfast was really good everything you could ask for dinner was also well priced We made use of the pool which was really relaxing after walking all day. All the staff are very helpful with information about Arran Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island

Excellent family friendly resort. We stayed for two nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Dinner and breakfast in Cruize were excellent, with super service. We enjoyed the facilities including the leisure pool, gym and games room. We also booked archery and basketball which were good value for money and kept our 10 year old entertained! The executive rooms were excellent for us, with a separate bunk room for the kids and plenty of lights and sockets (very important for our teen). The Arran Arromatics toiletries in the bathroom were a particularly nice touch. One thing that really stood out at Auchrannie were the staff - everyone was genuinely pleasant and seemed to enjoy working there, which really makes all the difference in terms of service. We will return for longer next time!

We stayed in the couples retreat , unfortunately we were unable to use the hot bath which we were looking forward to. Hopefully next time . Retreat was lovely although draftee , it was a terrible weekend though. All in all we still enjoyed it though.

Fantastic 3 days at the Auchrannie. Staff were amazing and service second to none. Hotel felt safe and clean. We were very lucky with the weather, sunny and warm every day. Would definitely recommend. Only down side was the pool and spa were closed due to Covid-19 rules but this was to be expected. Hotel following government guidelines.

Fab resort fab staff. This is my fourth visit to Auchrannie and it never fails. The standard double rooms are large with small fridge & tea making facilities. The leisure centres in both Spa resort & the Hotel are good size and spotless. This really is child & dog friendly (neither of which I had with me). Also great for couples. Defo recommend it. Look forward to visiting again
