Staff were absolutely spot on. Friendly and very helpful. Food was great especially for the price of our DBB rate! Bar was comfortable and friendly. Its dog friendly. The room was very small but bathroom was spotless. Not a lot of plugs available and there wasnt space for 2 bedside tables.

Hotel was lovely and suited our needs. Staff were helpful and pleasant, bedrooms spacious. Food was not up to a hotel standard. Most of the evening meals were over seasoned with salt, dried out and not very hot. Breakfast was better.

The hotel was lovely and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The only let down was the food. Evening meals were over seasoned with salt, chicken overcooked and steak pie tough and chewy. Soup was lukewarm. (We did mention this at the time) It was a such a shame that the food wasn't up to standard as everything else in the hotel was great.

This was our second visit to the Crianlarich Hotel and we will be back as we really enjoyed both stays here. All staff members were polite and friendly, restaurant and breakfast server was particularly polite and friendly without going overboard, he seemed to work really hard. We made the mistake this time of booking not to request a walk in shower and found it quite difficult to get into and out of the bath to shower, the shower itself though was really good and hot. We will make sure we request a walk in shower next time,the room was very good though.

Would love to give it 5 stars, room was nice and most of the staff very friendly. The experience in the restaurant wasted the full stay. After sending back a starter which was clearly off, we waited 40 minutes for our mains. During this time not one member of staff came to ask if we wanted drinks. Mains arrived and one was not edible (Crianlarich chicken) a small flat piece of chicken that was so tough you could have soled your shoe with it. Didn’t send it back as I wouldn’t have eaten anything else from the kitchen. When the head waiter eventually came to clear the plates he didn’t mention that I hadn’t touched my meal I had to say to him that it wasn’t edible, he said he would say to the chef!! Never came back near us to ask if we wanted desert or coffee or another main to replace the chicken. Still waiting on a drink!! We were treated like we were invisible. The following night we ate elsewhere. Have to say breakfast was very nice no issues at all. The restaurant was busy but every other table was attended and drinks brought to them. Wondering if it was because we were on a DB&B deal. Can honestly say I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment at any other hotel and will definitely not return nor recommend the Crianlarich hotel to anyone

First class stay as always from the welcome until the departure. Staff very friendly and helpful good food and selection of drinks. Bedroom was well maintained and comfortable. A bonus for us able to take our dog Harvey who likes coming to this hotel.

This is a cozy, warm, friendly, traditional Scottish Highland Hotel. This was our 6th stay, and it didn't disappoint! I left a review on here before, but I'll repeat the relevant points for those prospective customers who only look at the most recent reviews. Spent 3 nights DB&B on a myhotelbreak deal, 4 adults and 2 children The rooms have been fully refurbished in the recent past with new beds, new ensuite and new carpeting. Our room was excellent in every respect. The Bar is spacious and very comfortable with leather sofas and a wood burning stove. Bar prices are higher end high street, a pint is around £5.50. The Restaurant is also spacious and comfortable, again with impressive wood burning stoves. The menu is the same every day but there is a good choice, good portions, well cooked and presented, with main courses in the range £15 - £25. Very palatable bottles of wine are £25 upwards.They have WiFi Repeaters dotted round the premises, so the WiFi connectivity is good all round. The location is just off the West Highland Way, with excellent connections, a relatively short journey by road from the central belt, a stone's throw from Crianlarich station on the West Highland Railway, and on the Citylink Bus route from Glasgow to Oban and Fort William. All the Staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the Best by far Best Western we have stayed in, along with their sister hotel, the Inveraray Inn, in Inveraray. We'll be back again! As well as myhotelbreak offers it's also worth checking the Hotel's own website for their occasional deals such as 3 nights for 2.

We got a late deal of 2 nights bed and breakfast and dinner on the first evening. This was a decent 3star hotel. The rooms were tired in parts but perfectly adequate. The full English breakfasts were really good. We enjoyed our meal on the first evening so decided to dine in the restaurant the next evening. The staff were attentive and would recommend this hotel. This was a good value break.

Pleasant stay at the Crianlarich Hotel when all members of staff we came in contact with were very efficient and helpful and made us feel really welcome during our stay. The Evening meal was excellent and well presented again staff made us feel very welcome. The choice at breakfast was outstanding unfortunately on our first morning some of the hot breakfast had the appearance and taste of being under the hot plate for too long, the second morning showed some improvement but still not up to standard. Our room was in a very clean condition however this was spoiled by having no heating available, this was especially noticeable in the bathroom with no heat on the towel rail meaning this room was freezing. To make matters worse on our second night when was available. I also found it surprising that only 8 channels were available, not that anyone goes away to watch tv, but even when travelling abroad in Europe all hotels we have used have a vastly superior selection of English speaking channels than the Crianlarich Hotel. Would I return, yes but only at a price offered by Myhotelbreak as the cost of booking directly with the hotel was prohibitive
