Nice hotel, lovely room & a great breakfast. Nice big bar area. Welcoming & friendly staff but have to say a big thank you to Morgan on reception as having asked to phone us a taxi into town as it was raining she couldn't get hold of one so asked if we could get ourselves a drink from the bar & she would drive us down hlf. The hotel was very busy as there was a wedding going on but she still took time out to drive us & even offered to pick us back up later . Absolutely brilliant service, with that in mind we will definitely return.

Room was on small side needs some serious work done window and room needs repainted bathroom door needs repaired as it would nt close properly also needs a good clean (ie dust cobwebs and carpet ) but staff pleasant and friend food was good we did enjoy our stay but the above need attention bathroom was clean and new.

Grand house now being refurbished. Very popular for weddings , friendly staff . Pity there was no cooked breakfast but made up with 1/2 price meals! An enjoyable stay.

Comfortable room, lovely food, stayed for 2 nights, unfortunately wedding on the Sunday was noisy and guests in corridor during the night, would check if staying if wedding booked.

Lovely hotel and fantastic refurb. Food was amazing! And drinks reasonably priced! Welcome when we arrived was great and couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Was given a peek around the venue facilities and they are really nice too! We will definitely be back, really good deal to take advantage of.

Stayed at the Srathaven Hotel for 2 nights over the Easter weekend, had an amazing stay .Staff were phenomenal, food was lovely. Only issue I would say is that the rooms could have been a little cleaner. Our room was very dated but still liked the room and where it was situated. There is refurbished rooms, but when we return we would be more that happy to stay in the older rooms again. Both Gillian’s made our stay, thanks again.

I have scored the service low because of the unacceptable wait on the food from the kitchen lunchtime and evening meal. The lunch time order was sandwiches !! The room was very clean but tired looking with an assortment of furniture including two different bedside lamps . The young staff on duty were very hardworking and polite but clearly under pressure .
