This was second time we stayed at this hotel and will return again soon. Staff were excellent and really friendly especially Ruby on reception and Scott in restaurant. Would recommend this hotel. We also received an upgraded room which was a nice surprise.

Great value, room was spotless and looked like it had recently been refurbished. We were on the package with dinner and drink included on the first night. Food was really nice and we ate there again the next night.

Lovely staff, food at dinner was very good breakfast not so much. Cold food that had obviously been sitting a while, hard sausage and bacon not at all appetising although the waitress did offer to ask the chef to cook us more but by then the notion had left us. If this was an option I can’t understand why the hotel wouldn’t just cook breakfasts to order because this review would have been much more positive if that had been the case. The room was lovely with a huge bathroom and bathtub but was very hot, we had to turn the radiators off. Bed and pillows too hard for our personal taste but can’t please everyone when it comes to things like that. The fact that the bar was closed for refurbishment means there isn’t really anywhere to sit and have a drink before or after dinner and I think customers should be made aware of this before booking. On the whole you get what you pay for and this was apparent at this hotel

Booked at Leapark Hotel with friends to celebrate a 60th birthday. We had a lovely time. The hotel is great! Staff are so nice and the food was amazing. Will definitely return. Great value for money at £60 pp dinner, bed and breakfast.

Public areas in hotel were nice & modern & clean,food in restaurant was 1st class,bedroom was dated & tired,bathroom looked like it had been modernised in the past couple of years,but wasn't clean,thick dust on door mouldings

Had a lovely chilled night at Leapark. Staff friendly and helpful, For the price we paid it was good, breakfast was particularly nice, we left feeling full. Executive room needs a little update and maybe dust the back of the door in the bathroom. Would definitely return.

On arrival at The Leepark we received a warm welcome at reception. Our room was warm and comfortable with everything we needed. The dishes we had at dinner were excellent and the breakfast very good. Very good value. Look forward to a return visit.

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and I was made to feel very welcome. I had lunch dinner and breakfast the food was fresh well presented and very tasty. The bedroom was clean and fresh and despite a wedding being on not a sound was to be heard. I had a lovely overnight stay. Staff were helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Basic room but clean and comfortable. We had dinner in Treetops bar, ate from the set menu included in our deal. Staff in there were excellent, nothing too much of a bother for them. Meal was tasty and generous portions. Slept well, though there was some kind of machinery out in the courtyard that could be heard occasionally. Breakfast was again tasty and also of generous portions.

The only complaint we have is concerning the room, above the inside of our door was a lit up bright green exit sign which is on constantly. The whole room was glowing all night. Not all rooms have this so if staying again we shall make sure no light in room.

We had a fantastic overnight stay at the Leapark hotel. Food was lovely, room very comfy but what made our stay even more special was the outstanding service from the girl at the reception (sorry didn't catch her name) she went above and beyond and made us feel valued. First class service will definitely have us returning to your lovely hotel. Thanks x
