Excellent service at reception and in the restaurant. Great central location, easy walking distance to station, shopping and events centres. Would definitely will stay again and highly recommend it.

We stayed in this hotel in March 2019, probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at in the UK! Spotless clean, huge bedroom, breakfast was amazing! Would definitely recommend and will definitely return!

The staff were amazing so accommodating.The food was sublime. The suite room was to die for. All in all the best night I could of had with my better half and no other hotel has come close to it.

I booked the Malmaison due to its location and it was fantastic. Great helpful staff at check in, room was clean and fresh. tails in the bar were excellent and as mentioned location was fantastic. The Malmaison group do not disappoint.

The Malmaison always lives up to expectations. The Mal Bar is well stocked and a nice place to have a drink, the rooms are large and well decorated and the big beds are very comfortable. Fab location for the train station and the city centre shops and bars
