My paperwork for checkin said 2pm but it was 3pm and staff not very bothered also I took unwell during the night and was admitted to hospital and before leaving we checked and it said leave key in room on leaving but I then got an email threatening to charge me £25 for a key not an apology or invite back for missed breakfast obviously they got they key as I’ve heard nothing else from them

My Mum & I had a really enjoyable stay..Room fab..food fab..staff fab ?. Downside is no lift & was just hoping it would have been a twin room ( didnt have an option when booking ) so Mum & I had a double. Would recomend..And would go back ?

Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. I wouldn't have classed the room as a deluxe room based on facilities. Breakfast service was not great at we were told the chef had been late so was running behind. It took 45 minutes to get our cooked breakfast.

Beautiful hotel on sea front. Nice seating area outside to enjoy the sea view and watch the world go by. Fantastic location, handy to all bars and restaurants. Added bonus of free parking on site. Excellent value for money. Will definitely return.

Had a lovely time. Fantastic value for money. Lovely room with brilliant view. Staff extremely nice especially the receptionist on duty on our arival date. Only thing it says check in 2pm when it is actually 3pm. Not a problem but maybe should chsnge on website.

Had an absolutely fantastic time at Brisbane Hotel, Largs. Great location (beachfront) and we had an amazing view from our room . We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and staff were very friendly and helpful !! Highly recommend Brisbane Hotel - definitely be back !

Stayed for 2 nights,staff were friendly,especially restaurant staff,had Seaview room amazing views.had a meal first night which was 1st class, my husband was amazed that I ate all 3 coursed,will definitely be back

Great hotel in a fabulous location right next to town centre and ferry terminal. Loads of nice pubs and restaurants close bye.

Hotel was fine, receptionist very welcoming room was lovely and clean. Only complaint was the breakfast, food was bland and absolutely tasteless, cheap horrible bread, they offered continental breakfast but there was nothing there but croissants. My husband ordered scrambled eggs, it was vile, there was a hard boiled egg in it, he sent it back. The meal at night was nice so can't understand how they can get the breakfast so wrong. All the ingredients seemed to be the cheapest you could find.

This is a very nice hotel in a good position facing the sea. Food and Service were very good and so was the room after a change from the original allocation. Our original room was at the rear of the hotel, not a bad room, but had “frosted” glass in the lower part of the window so you could not see out. By paying extra, and thanks to Ruth on reception, we moved into a superb sea view room.

Hotel was lovely, upgraded to a suite overlooking the sea. Food great bit service was slow as not enough waiting staff.
