The Links Hotel in Montrose is situated on the historic Mid Links and is within walking distance of Montrose Beach, with three miles of golden sand. This 4-star hotel in Montrose is a former townhouse and offers a warm & friendly atmosphere.
The Montrose Links hotel has 25 light and airy bedrooms and all are en-suite with bath and/or shower. Complimentary High-Speed Internet Access is available for all in-house guests in the bedrooms and throughout the hotel.
The A La Carte Restaurant at the Links Hotel is open for lunch and dinner and has available an extensive menu which is changed regularly throughout the year; usually in line with the season to make use of locally sourced produce and products. There is also an informal style “Coffee House” for you to relax all day and nurse a cup of coffee, or have a lazy lunch or quick snack; the choice is the guests! Opposite reception is a small cocktail bar for guests to relax and in the summer enjoy a meal out on the terrace.
Throughout the year various Folk, Jazz and Classical evenings can be booked to include dinner and entertainment.

The Links Hotel provides disabled access and ground floor accommodation should this be required.
All in all, the comfortable bedrooms will be available to suit all types of guests - singles, doubles, twins and superior and executive rooms. All are serviced daily to the highest of standards and are non-smoking.
The normal check-in at the Links Hotel is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, however, should you arrive early or need a late departure then they will do all they can to accommodate you often without charge if availability allows.

Breakfast
Full breakfast is included in our rates. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am until 9:30 am Monday to Saturday and from 8:00 am to 10:00 am on Sundays.
This is served on the ground floor and in the Conservatory each morning. Guests have a choice of cereals, fruits and juices from the buffet and the friendly staff will take your order for tea/coffee, toast and hot breakfast.
The Coffee House
The Coffee House opens at 10:00, seven days a week.
Guests and visitors are welcome to enjoy a relaxing cup of tea/coffee alone whilst reading the paper or together with friends, family, children or colleagues. Until 17:00 we serve a choice of continental coffees, teas, homemade pastries, and croissants and a lunch menu is also available with a choice of freshly made soup, sandwiches, paninis and more.
Lunch and Dinner
The restaurant is open 7 days a week, from 12 noon to 14:00 and 18:00 to 21:00 (21:30 on Saturday).
The Links is renowned for its fine dining restaurant where the ambience is elegant and the cuisine exquisite. For the past three years, they have been awarded one AA Rosette in recognition of the high standard of food and service. Mr Franc Rivault, the Executive head chef and his team will delight you with an exciting mix of Scottish and Continental cuisine. The aim is to make full use of local produce and the menu offers an enticing choice of dishes prepared with the same imaginative flair.
Guests can linger over lunch or enjoy a leisurely dinner, and the service is exceptionally good; another reason why it is so easy to enjoy a really good time at the Links.
Directions to Links Hotel in Montrose
From Montrose Town Centre follow John Street, at the third junction on John Street turn right. After approximately 100 yards the entrance to the hotel car park is on the right.
By Rail - From Montrose Station, the Links Hotel is situated a few minute's walk away.
By Air - From Aberdeen Airport the Links Hotel is approximately 45 miles. The easiest way to reach Montrose is by train. The northeast line runs from Dyce Train Station which is directly opposite the airport.
