As the hotel is nestled near Aberfoyle on the banks of Loch Ard, the restaurant offers a combination of fine, local produce and magnificent panoramic views while you dine. Only the finest Scottish beef, lamb, pork and wild white fish are served in the restaurant and sourced locally, from organic suppliers for the vegetables and dairy products where possible.
