Directions to Malmaison Hotel in Oxford

BY RAIL
Malmaison Oxford is a brisk 5 minute walk from Oxford railway station. Proceed left out of the station towards the city centre along Park End Street; at the end of Park End Street, walk through to New Road and the Hotel is 300 yards on the right.

BY CAR
SAT NAV
Please use postcode 3 New Road, Oxford, OX1 1AY.

Due to the changing road closures please check road signs when following Sat Nav instructions because Oxford City Council have introduced Prohibited areas to private cars in the City Centre.

FROM THE A34 (OXFORD WESTERN BYPASS)
Take the A420 Botley exit towards Oxford. Follow the signs towards the City Centre along the Botley Road, pass under the railway bridge and turn right at the next set of traffic lights. Immediately turn left into Park End Street; at the next set of traffic lights drive straight across into New Road and the Hotel is 300 yards on the right.

To locate you need to follow the brown tourist signs with the emblem for the Castle. Upon approaching the Castle, the hotel is set 200 yards down the main drive, past the the Slug and Lettuce Bar & Prezzo restaurants.

Oxford is currently undergoing a number of new road layouts, please allow extra time for your journey to and from the hotel.

FROM LONDON M40/FROM BIRMINGHAM M40
Leave the M40 at Junction 9 (signposted Oxford A34). Follow the A34 southbound until the Botley interchange. Follow the A420 to city centre (see directions from the A34 above).

FROM M4/A34
Leave the M4 at Junction 13 (signposted Newbury, Oxford and A34). Follow the A34 northbound until you reach the Botley interchange. Follow the A420 to city centre (see directions from the A34 above).

BESPOKE CAR PARKING
There is a limit of 30 onsite parking spaces at the hotel which must be booked in advance by contacting the hotel direct. The charge is £34 for an overnight stay from 3pm until 12pm the next day. Spaces are subject to availability and must be booked prior to your stay in order to guarantee a reserved space. You will be asked to leave your keys with our reception team upon arrival. Please contact the hotel for further details. Valet parking is also available.

**Car parking spaces are not secure and vehicles and their contents left in the car parking facility are at the owner’s sole risk in all respects.

Alternatively there are two council car parks located in the city centre; Worcester Street Car Park and The Oxpens Car Park both located within 5 minutes walk of the hotel.

For travel from Heathrow and Gatwick Airport there is the Oxford Airline Bus that travels directly from the airport terminals to Gloucester Green bus station which is located 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
