The hotel is a listed building therefore is unable to cater well for the needs of those with disabilities. There are no ground-floor rooms and there is no lift in the Old Bishop's House. The lift commences at first-floor level in the adjacent Iona building. All rooms have showers over the bath apart from the Single Rooms which do have a walk in shower.
