We had a great stay, lovely room with good facilities. We used room service, staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was excellent, lots of different varieties to choose from, lots of fresh options which was a nice addition. We stayed at the Clayton Hotel the previous weekend and much preferred the Leonardo Royal. We will definitely be staying again.

Fabulous stay! Lovely comfortable modern hotel. Nice toiletries, great selection of teas and coffees. Amazing breakfast. But most important every member of staff we spoke to was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely big room. Very clean. Angus made us feel very welcome when we were checking in. He was very knowledgeable , helpful and pleasant. The girl in the bar, may need some customer service training! Very rude!All other staff were first class. Food was delicious. Fab choice at breakfast. Nice and Central for the shops, restaurants and bars. Would recommend this hotel.

Collected our “keys” from reception to discover we’d been allocated an executive room on the 10th floor overlooking the River Clyde. Beautiful room with all you could wish for - coffee machine with different speciality pods, plentiful supplies of coffee, various teas etc. Well equipped bathroom. Extremely comfortable King sized bed. Breakfast next morning, to suit all tastes, was buffet style but with lots of helpful staff. Location of hotel excellent with in easy walking distance if Central Station, Argyle Street, Buchanan Street. Bus stop outside hotel .

Very comfortable overnight stay. Central location close to central station. Bed very comfortable and very good buffet breakfast selection. Only thing that wasn’t ideal there was no heating in bathroom so very cold in there

Two nights DBB @£149 per night. Very good value for a 4Star City Centre Hotel a stone's throw from Glasgow Central Station. Room was excellent with River View, Super King Size Bed, and walk in Raincan Shower Ensuite. 2 Course Dinner was superb with no limitation on the choice available under the DBB deal. Likewise the Buffet Breakfast is one of the best we have had. Wide choice, including haggis. All Staff were Ambassadors for the hotel.

A fantastic night away at this lovely very modern, central Glasgow Hotel. Very easy to get to and cheap car parking nearby. Fantastic breakfast and tea/ coffee choices. Will be back again

Had a night stay booked at the Leonardo hotel in Glasgow, this was a gift. Staff were lovely when checking us in, as this was a gift we had breakfast and a bottle of champagne/Prosecco on arrival included. The lady that checked us in told us about the hotel (what time checkout is, restaurant times, bar times etc). Unfortunately we didn’t receive the bottle that was included within our voucher, along with that the staff failed to tell us that their was work getting done within the hotel so it was a early wake up with drilling and banging for at least 2/3 hours. Breakfast was a small buffet, can’t fault that.

Really nice hotel in a central location in Glasgow city centre. Easy to get to and if parking is required you will receive a 50% discount from the hotel at the Q-Park just up from the hotel.

nice staff,nice rooms,not great. Breakfast is the usual overpriced,poorly presented,cheapest quality,fare. A purely personal gripe is any hotel in scotland that doesnt serve haggis and square sausage at breakfast deserve to lose a star,AT LEAST !
