Service in the restaurant was bad we waited half hr 2 see someone but only when I had 2 go up 2 the bar myself. The was good was really poor also which was included in our deal. If I was 2 pay 4 it I would be demanding a refund

Property is very central & close to all amenities. Staff were all friendly and approachable. Food was good and reasonably priced.

The central location was ideal. Close to all nightlife and shopping (Argyle St.etc). Staff were attentive and welcoming. Breakfast (buffet) was excellently presented and prepared enjoyed it immensely. Finally bedrooms were adequately roomy and beds were comfortable always clean.

I couldn't fault anything. The location is really central, and yet soundproofing is very good. Lovely big room and comfy bed. I had a lovely view of the Clyde and had an easy walk to where I needed to be. Just down the road from Glasgow Central station, perfect for short business trip.

Great location, nice rooms and very good breakfast. The staff was very helpful and nice. Very short walking distance to stores, cafes and restaurants. Even though situated in the city centre we weren’t bothered by noise from pubs.

Excellent stay with the family. Staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. Clean rooms , comfy beds , excellent location. Bar area and reception was clean and comfortable.will definitely use this hotel again.
