We enjoyed our stay very much,lovely room with sea view,comf bed and tea tray,Breakfast was delicous,plenty to choose from and all staff were working hard.So nice to get great service there,reception staff very nice and booked us in quickly,we will def be back here.????

Great over night stay, check in fast and easy by polite courteous lady. Good sized room well maintained great views. SPA facilities and 2 treatments were excellent the 2 ladies were brilliant. Dinner and breakfast very good. A very minor to our stay dinner my burger was not great burnt bun an over cooked burger, overall highly recommend

Had a lovely stay for my son’s birthday. Staff were fantastic from arrival to departure, all very friendly and helpful. Only scored room 8 out of 10 due to the distance from the restaurant/bar otherwise it would have been a 10

I really enjoyed Marine Hotel in Troon.. room was lovely and so was the spa facilities The staff were so friendly I would say I prefer the North Berwick Marine Hotel

The staff and food were excellent. The room was basic but adequate. While we were there there was no for showers in either the pool or in our room. We were not informed of this problem and the hotel has made no effort to compensate us yet. I wrote to the hotel 3 days ago and am still waiting on a reply.

The room was immaculately clean nice furnishings, the service from Jack the barman and he did his waiter too , was fantastic. The only downside was there was a horrendous smell in the bathroom , didn’t realise how bad it was till after we returned to room after dinner . I told the receptionist about it on checking out and she asked if it was from the drains, I agreed with her and she said she would let maintenance know for future guests. I feel housekeeping should have noticed this problem and sorted it out before we arrived.

Food and wine out of this world, staff were exceptional. Didn't use spa so cant comment, but overall would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Arrived a bit early room was ready which was great. Checked in room very nice . Had a few drinks in the bar and sat by the window was a lovely view. Booked dinner for 630 seated in the far away area, it was absolutely freezing cold not heat up. Others around us seemed to go get there jackets from the room. Struggled with the menu, pork belly did not enjoy. Chicken for main was OK. Left sharp as was far too cold to relax and enjoy mean. Don't think it was worth the money we paid .

We enjoyed a very pleasant time at the Marine which we visit annually to stay but look in often for meals/drinks when we are in the area. Great location and the hotel has been beautifully renovated. The staff are always friendly and pleasant and eager to help. We enjoyed the massage treatments and the pool/gym nice and clean. Good food and a very comfortable room with a view of the sea. Want a lovely hotel, we we're upgraded to a junior suite with fantastic views of golf course and sea,staff were excellent and helpful with all our luggage. Only one problem the breakfast toasters were extremely slow to toast!

Fabulous stay to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We were upgraded to a suite and also received a bottle of Prosecco in our room which was a lovely surprise. Dinner & breakfast was good. All staff were very friendly. Could not fault anything. Would definitely stay again.

My pal and I had a great break. Treatments were excellent and all staff were excellent. Main hotel is great and again, all the staff were lovely. Only drawback was room 302 has a loo in a cupboard (with no wash hand basin) about 8 metres from the main bathroom.
