Lovely clean areas in the hotel reception and bar was beautiful, most of the staff friendly and willing to help. Personally a massive THANK YOU to young man at bar who had blue shirt and waistcoat on serving us, made me and my family comfortable and nothing was to much trouble.

We enjoyed our 2 nights at the Hilton it was the first time our kids had stayed in a hotel they really enjoy it, it was a great change of scenery for us to spend some quality time together, facilities were great staff were lovely, we definitely stay again.

Staff were brilliant. We ate in the bar and had breakfast the following day, both were exceptional. Bar is reasonably priced with great interiors! We also used the leisure centre which we thoroughly enjoyed. We will certainly return in the future

Absolutely amazing hotel with brilliant friendly staff, a special mention to Andrew think surname is Morrison, such a lovely friendly man who took the time to speak to us. Stayed at this hotel lots of times over the years but it was my daughters first experience and she can’t wait to come back again.

Lovely rooms. We had afternoon tea, amazing selection of teas and perfect presentation. Our server Miguel, was so friendly, informative and made the experience 100x more enjoyable. He even provided us with a little special birthday treat. 5 strvice.

Incredible for families of small children! The hotel provides an activity kit at check-in which was amazing when dining out to have on hand. Kid sized robes and toiletries in the rooms and a free mock tail in the lounge! Could not have been more pleased as it allowed us to enjoy ourselves too

Club lounge was very dissapointing - no longer serving spirits only beer & wine, this change was introduced last year yet no mention of this on Hilton website!

We had a lovely stay in the Hilton Glasgow. The rooms were very nice, luxury bedding and plenty of room. We had lovely views from our 9th floor room. The dinner buffet was delicious and plenty of choice. The breakfast buffet was very good but I did find the whole journey back and forward to juice, then food then tea then toast and negotiating door gaps a bit wearing. We could have had tea and toast at our table. Bar service was impossible the eveing before. We were told to sit that someone would be over several times before eventaully going to the bar and not going until we had drinks. Plenty staff just not taking table orders. The staff were pleasant but a few needed to either get their training right or have a manager keep a closer eye on them. There were trays of food all over the lobby on 9th floor from when we arrived at 3.30pm and were still there at 11am the next day. The express checkout envelope through the door was nice and easy. Room dirty on arrival and took two complaints before cleaned. The first afternoon was spent speaking with staff and this spoiled the day.

A very enjoyable stay at the Hilton. Accommodation and food first rate with excellent customer service. If I was to make any criticism it would be that when we ate in the restaurant on the first evening we were not offered bread and had to ask for it just before our main meal and the prawn starter although served in a glass was not on a plate which meant that there was a scattering of food on the table. Also when finished it mean that there was no where to place the used fork. Apart from that the food was excellent. We will certainly be back.

Bedrooms slightly dated but clean.Service from younger members of staff was excellent - especially bar staff- down side was restaurant - booked table for 7.30pm - still waiting to see a menu at 8pm and when we asked to look at one we were told they were all in use !!!! Food more like pub food than good hotel food

Lovely stay, delay in receiving main course at dinner due to large party ordering just before us, but restaurant staff apologetic and attentive. Wonderful breakfast choice. On the whole staff extremely pleasant.
