We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was lovely, spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We were disappointed with food in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast. We had stayed at the hotel three years ago and feel the food is no longer of a four star standard.

Very enjoyable stay here. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The food in the Estate Room was fine dining at its best. Breakfast in The Larder was delicious and hearty. Lovely sitting in the lounge beside the log fire. Great being able to use the pool, sauna and steam room at the spa.

We weren't overly impressed with our stay and left feeling slightly disappointed. This was a voucher we received for Christmas 2023. With us having 2 young children we were exited to get a relaxing odd night away. The room and hotel itself is beautiful and clean. We arrived looking forward to play some racket sports. This was closed. Even though it says opened till 7pm. We then went into the Spa and the steam room was broken. Dinner in the bar was OK but pretty small portion for what we paid. In the morning we woke up to no and not able to shower. When I approached a staff member they said there was nothing they could do and they weren't sure when it would be fixed. I understand this is an unfortunate event but was a bit of a downer on our morning not being able to shower to travel home. The spa was offered to go and shower in and it was cold. By this point I couldn't wait to get home. Rather than feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Was a lovely break. Location is fantastic. Our room overlooked the Loch and was a terrific size. We had food both nights and was lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Wonderful stay, only wish it was for longer! Beautiful hotel in a lovely remote part of the country. Lots to see and do in the area. The staff couldn't be more helpful and catered to our needs.

A nice hotel in an excellent location. The room and bed were both very comfortable the en-suite was surprisingly big with a bath ?. The bar food was good and the a la carte menu & food in the restaurant was very good. Very pleased with everything except the shower . Our room shower was a trickle and so was the spa/swimming pool shower .

Great hotel. Perfect for a quiet weekend. Our view of Loch Rannoch from room 19 was lovely! Plenty of walks to go on from the hotel. The facilities on site are great with the pool and gym. Can also book other activities at the marina. Food from the bar was good.

Lovely hotel, in good decorative order throughout. Enjoyed the live entertainment on Friday night. Food was very good. Unfortunately we were disturbed on Saturday night with noise from the lobby/lounge until about 12.30am. We were in room 14 at the top of the stairs so directly above the lobby. Avoid this room! We did mention to reception but all they did was offer an apology. I suggest either don’t sell this room or impose a noise curfew at 11pm. Check in is 3pm and they won’t let you check in earlier even if your room is ready. We arrived at 2.20pm and had to wait, even though our room hadn’t been used for a week. Staff were all lovely and worked tirelessly. We will most likely return but will ask for a different room. I’ve scored the room as “2” purely because of the noise issue. Otherwise it was fine.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in . The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help.The food was great although a bit to rich for our stomachs .Wonderful location and great views from our room. I had a neck back and shoulder massage in the spa .. wonderful. We would definitely like to go back .

Stayed for 2 nights in May. Staff very friendly when we arrived and it's a lovely setting to hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, loved that anything cooked was cooked to order, fresh and not buffet style. Dinner was lovely too, however, very limited choice on the menu and I could hear many guests (including ourselves) stating they could only opt for one dish from the menu as the didn't like the rest. The room was satisfactory but felt as i the furniture was squashed into one area of the room, probably to ensure the chairs and table were at the window with a full view of the loch. Bed was not comfortable, I felt as if I was falling backwards when lying down. Pillows were flat. Room was very hot and stuffy, therefore, did not have a good sleep. We would've stated this at reception when leaving but the receptionist didn't ask if we enjoyed our stay - how rude. Ideally situated if you wish to climb Schiehallion as its a very short drive away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but don't feel the room was good value for money, so slightly disappointed

Hotel booked to celebrate Pearl wedding anniversary. Contemporary room was nice, good view over the loch. Food excellant, piping hot and good choice for breakfast. Had a superb swedish massage. Staff were all vert pleasant, polite and approachable. However no towels for spa and had to ask for coffee and biscuits on check in. Toilet brush in bathroom was dirty. Room was also not serviced. Offer was for dinner on one night, however allowance did not cover the total cost charged by the hotel. Not quite up to the 4star rating one would expect of a 4 star hotel.

Stayed in room 211 in main building, lovely view onto the loch x room brilliant size x bed comfortable x bathroom is average x water pressure extremely poor x shower on first morning didn’t work x lasted 30 seconds x not ideal x apparently they fixed while we were out x again water pressure poor unless it was turned up at the highest temperature which is impossible to stand under x no bath towels in room x phoned down at 1745 x no show so has to use hand towels to dry ourselves after a miserable shower x finally got towels after speaking to receptionist face to face x first night we ordered food from the bar x was average for the price x staff in bar were friendly 2nd night was in the restaurant and the meal was lovely x no complaints there x service from the young waiter was really good x breakfast was nice on the 1st morning x 2nd morning wasn’t a pleasant experience x staff were rushed off their feet x too many guests for the staff to cope with x ask for milk for our coffee as none was available x the small jug got slammed down by the head waiter while going past. Not nice at all x overall it was a nice break but wouldn’t go back.
