Was not what we expected. Room was too hot. No air conditioning, carpet had stains and wallpaper was hanging off of the wall. Room I. Need of redecoration.

Had a great 3 nights in this hotel, room was excellent and all the staff very friendly and helpful everyone always had a smile and spoke to us whenever coming or going. The were able to deal with 1 person or a bus load without any issues.

Hotel staff were brilliant after they mistaking gave us a double room instead of a twin . Went out left our belongings to come back to a lovely big room as an upgrade. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, buffet style but everything was lukewarm warm . I’m a fussy eater if it not hot I can’t eat it. Ended up with toast and jam. Overall was good

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, we were given an upgraded room which was very nice. Breakfast was very good and plenty choice. Would highly recommend this hotel it is also very handy fir city centre

fantastic break at this hotel. staff were very friendly and service was excellent. ate in hotel2 nights and food was delicious. only downside was armchairs in bedroom and carpet on stairs were past their best.

We use this hotel because it affords us excellent value and is close to the theatre and shops. The staff are always welcoming and the room (usually at the front of the hotel) is spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is very good value but it would be good if those on duty ensured that tables were properly set. I had to ask for items which were missing from the settings. One of those things, was teaspoons. I asked the young man, who appeared to be in charge, for these but he appeared not to know what a teaspoon was! I had to resort to mime. The quality of the food is very good and plentiful. We really like this hotel and look forward to staying in it again.

The hotel is a bit dated but generally pretty clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and the room spacious. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, fair amount of choice. The lady who kept the breakfast service going was extremely nice and very helpful. The 2 nights were worth what we paid.

Excellent 2 night break; we were upgraded and got a lovely big room, spotlessly clean, with a modern bathroom. Delicious breakfast, buffet style, with plenty to choose from. All staff were friendly and welcoming, we will definitely be back to stay again, the hotel is nice and central for everything. Thank you!

Had a good 3 night stay room 324 great view of Aberdeen staff we interacted with were happy and helpful cooked breakfast good choice continental breakfast basic could be much better and toaster either barely toasted or burnt the bread no adjustment control great location good value for the price paid

Everything was fine only thing was I only booked 1day before I arrived and I asked for a room at the front of hotel but none available,but enjoyed my stay will definitely stay again.

Only after check-in and I had paid for this hotel were we informed that there was no water supply but they expected it to be restored within one hour.In the event it was not restored until almost six hours later which meant during this period we were unable to use our toilet, wash our hands, shower or fill a kettle. No compensation for the impact this had on our hotel break was made by the hotel management. I am very unhappy with this experience and am very doubtful if I would use your company's offers again.

Perfect location, short walk for bus station and a weatherspoons. Very spacious rooms, and large bathroom, bath and over rain shower. Breakfast 1st morning table service as very little guests but buffet also good 2nd morning. Easy 2pm check in and check out. Would defo stay here again xx

Good deal for bed and breakfast. From the moment we stepped through the door we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness and the friendly and efficient staff. Nice setting, near city centre and next to beautiful gardens. Breakfast gave a wide choice of cooked and continental food, all of which was excellent, so much so that we booked dinner, which again was really good and fairly priced. Special thanks to Katie and Sarah who looked after us so well in the bistro.
