Lovely hotel within quick and easy reach of Dundee. We parked our car at hotel and took bus into town. This was a big plus for us as it took away stress of driving in a busy city and problems getting parked. King size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Dundee and its attractions.

A friendly, comfortable hotel set in a lovely location overlooking the Tay and close to Botanic gardens and near bus stop for links to city centre.Room was clean and comfortable and although there was a problem with the heating, a portable heater was quickly provided as soon as the issue was reported Staff deserve special mention for their pleasant, friendly attitude and attentive service.extensive menu of great food. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Superb break . Lovely setting for the hotel plus meals excellent and delicious . We stayed in the first floor rooms which were warm and comfortable . Staff very friendly and approachable at all times plus very helpful . Could not fault this hotel and will return sometime again hopefully .

The hotel was excellent. The receptionist who was on duty on our arrival was exceptionally helpful. She took the time to give us a map the City and explain the buses in and out of the City and exactly where to get a return bus. The food was excellent too. Food

Very enjoyable one night DB&B at Inverc Hotel on western outskirts of Dundee, with convenient 5-10 bus/drive into city centre. Our classic double room (newly added extension to hotel rear) was spacious, modern and comfortable with walk-in shower and all necessary amenities. Very minor drawback was wrestling with those pesky hook-in hangers and harsh overhead bathroom lighting which makes it tricky to see clearly in bathroom mirror. Great choice and quality on revamped menu ( and new dining room looks good) with generous £21 per person allowance. Service is friendly and efficient; both breakfast and dinner service is run very professionally and staff are excellent. Overall, a most enjoyable stay and would certainly return in the near future.

We really enjoyed our weekend break at Inverc Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The food was excellent and there was a good choice on the menu - the spiced apple and rhubarb crumble with cinnamon ice cream was absolutely delicious!! All the staff at this hotel are very friendly and so helpful. We will certainly be making a return visit very soon. Kenneth and Anne Quigley

Booked a Classic Room with walk in shower but told Classic and Standard mean the same -hmmmm ? We were changed to a King Sized Disabled room with walk in shower for two nights -so that solved that issue. Breakfast very good - Dinner - D- BB not on Sunday - High Tea Menu only - needs attention also menu on Monday same for the whole week needs attention. Otherwise nice stay.

Staff very friendly and informative. Twin room very comfortable, although television on wall might have been better placed else where due to the position of the hospitality tray, lovely big walk-in shower. The food in restaurant was excellent as was the choices at breakfast. The hotel is approximately a 45 minute walk to the town centre which we did there and back on the Saay as it was a beautiful sunny crisp day however, the bus stop is very close to the hotel and the buses are frequent. We would certainly go back to this hotel and have all ready recommended it to friends and family.l

Very well run hotel. Nice decor and nicely set out. An Excellent breakfast was available, plus evening meals were reasonably priced and well presented. No issues with the bedroom allocated. Around 2 miles from the centre of town.

Lovely hotel, comfortable room, friendly staff and we enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant. Only downside was the distance from city centre (our fault as we didn't check!) but a handy bus stop right outside the hotel grounds. Wouldn't hesitate in returning in the future

Fantastic hotel, staff and food amazing. Breakfast was totally amazing they had thought of everything. Fruit was so fresh you wood have thought that it had just been picked. Only fault was when we were booking out at 10.30am there was a funeral party coming into the hotel as we were checking out. This did not feel right, as we had such a fabulous holiday and clearly they had just buried a loved one. So I felt very uncomfortable and guilty to be happy when it did not seem appropriate. The only solution I can see is if it is an early funeral party they enter the ballroom entrance to avoid guests booking out. Otherwise the hotel stay was totally faultless staff could not do enough for you definitely should be more than a 3 star. We will definitely be back. Also fabulous location in Dundee x
