Fabulous break and well worth the price. The hotel is in a great location and the outside bar/garden was lovely. The staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. Food was good quality and tasty. Our room was comfortable and my only critique would be that the bathroom is in need of an overhaul. Would definitely book again.

What a great hotel....near the river, near the town centre and so comfortable. We visited this week with a couple of close friends to explore Stratford town and see the historic sights. The inclusive dinner was delicious, there was a good choice and it was served well. Breakfast was good too with a wide range o breakfast items, a hot plate for the cooked items would have been great but I can understand the H&S concerns. Covid safety measures are in place and we didn’t have our room serviced... who cares about that? All items we needed were easily available and if people can’t make their own beds each morning then shame on them. Definitely a great hotel in all aspects....thank you for such a lovely stay. By the way...the tails and antipasti were delicious too.

Spent two nights at this hotel and it was great lovely hotel central to all attractions. The room was clean, a comfortable bed and hot shower. The breakfast was great value for money and we also ate there on the first night as part of the package. The tails and antipasti platter was also included in the package and we also made use of the leisure facilities too. The staff were polite friendly and helpful Excellent value for money would recommend if your thinking of visiting Stratford

Had our first brake booked with my hotel break, but was put in tear 1 with the pandemic this ment we could not travel. Not a second of issues did we get with this company. It was cancelled with one call to them with no financial loss due to the situation. Hence we booked again and this time thankfully was able to go. And will say will definitely recommend booking with this company. And with the hotel. As far as our deal extremely eased with it and fantastic value. The hotel and the location was fantastic. Its a large hotel. Clean and very open plan on the ground floor. Plenty of parking. Helpful cheerful staff. And if your luck enough to get the late check out It makes a world of difference. Everything was on its doorstep

Lovely hotel but food wasn’t great and staff were unhelpful. We were given a time for breakfast as 10.30. Was told at 10.25 that no bacon or sausage available so had a yogurt for my breakfast !

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was good & service excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Bar staff excellent and really enjoyed the free tails and antipasti. The Carvery was not very good it was bland and not enough vegetables for our liking.

Modern hotel in town centre. Overall good value break PRO: Very clean. Staff very helpful. Fabulous location. Breakfast was good, nice eating over looking the Avon watching the swans. 30% discount on drinks was useful. And also free tea and coffee available in bar all day CON: very firm bed with terrible pillows, very hard. Set menu for included dinner very limited. Difficult to find something you liked. Looking forward to our next MyHotelbreak next week.

Overall a good hotel with helpful staff, room was good and spacious. We had a couple of issues with the deal we booked and checking out. We contacted the hotel 4 days prior to arriving to book a table for dinner at 7.00pm. Unfortunately was informed the only time available was 6.00pm. This didn’t leave us the option of enjoying the antipasti platter prior to dinner. On checkout the receptionist tried to overcharge us and after 10/15 minutes manage to see we had used a gift voucher to pay for part of the booking. Not sure if that was down to myhotelbreak or the hotel. Both issues didn’t spoil the stay.

Beautiful ,spotless hotel. A couple of minutes,from centre ,the staff were all friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The Riverside terrace was gorgeous with quirky things here, plenty of seating & heating & aTepee you could hire out for your own party / meal .

Really good package. Lovely hotel with the most wonderful staff. Would definitely recommend. The outdoor area is amazing and the location of the hotel is great. Super clean with all required COVID recommendations In place without disrupting your stay.
