Very enjoyable stay with hotel very close to centre of town. The hotel very modern with a lovely terrace next to the river. Unfortunately on arrival problem with water as no water on first night but the problem was all over the town and not just the hotel. The hotel reduced our bill accordingly for our 1st night due to the problem. I would definitely return as all staff friendly and doing a good job with present restrictions still in place.

Fabulous two night stay - hotel and staff were great nothing to much trouble. It was busy due to the good weather but guidelines were followed definitely stay here again

Felt COVID safe. Modern and really great location to explore Stratford. Lovely clean room and friendly helpful staff at reception. Also parking should be included in your booking not charged as extra.

Located around two minutes walk from the town centre and with attractive gardens overlooking river, this is a sensible choice for a Stratford hotel. The staff, without exception ,were helpful and friendly, the hotel spotless and bedrooms clean and spacious. Will definitely stay there again.

It was very clean excellent facilities the staff were all very friendly and help , nothing was to much trouble, the service was excellent at the bar and restaurant.

Room v nice, bathroom ready for a refit, generally very good. very friendly staff. Restaurant staff were excellent under very difficult times. if you go to Stratford on Avon,you must go to Warwick castle brilliant raptor show.

The staff were very friendly constantly checking we were having a good time. Breakfast was freshly cooked. Hotel is in a great location
