The male receptionist was so helpful helped carry our bags anything we phoned from the room they sent it straight up was the best hotel I stayed over the 3 days

We had a fabulous stay at Blackwell Grange Hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly. We had booked the three nights for our anniversary. On the evening of our anniversary we had booked a meal in the restaurant and the staff went out of their way to make us feel special, with chef sending out a tile with cheesecake and an anniversary message. The reception staff welcomed us with friendliness and professionalism and were very knowledgeable of the local area. All in all we would highly recommend this hotel and have no hesitation in returning.

We loved our stay at hotel , food was lovely , a bit busy at breakfast time but food still great .. room wasnt very up to date but it was getting refurbished at that end of hotel.. i will defo stay again but would want a more modern room next time .. everything perfect except for room being basic and very dated ..

Everything about our break was fabulous, the staff, the room, the food was amazing we did not use the pool facilities so we can not comment on that, but we have no complaints about anything else. 5 ? experience thank you.

Loved everything about Blackwell Grange Hotel. The room was gorgeous, the food was amazing and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We only got one staff members name and he worked in the restaurant the night we had dinner, he was called Mckenzie. He went above and beyond for me and my partner, he was well mannered and friendly.

Checked in at 4pm and as our room wasn’t yet ready, we were given a complimentary tail which was great. Despite there being on going work in the wing, our room was clean and comfortable. Our evening meal and breakfast were exceptional and the service was great. Hotel staff are friendly, polite and so helpful. Would definitely return and also recommend to others

Beautiful hotel, reception and Bar staff brilliant. Restaurant service/staff not great. Didn't have us booked in although I had emailed twice bad phoned to confirm. Breakfast staff too eager to clear away plates before finished. Starters great main courses not so great. Room was beautiful but very dusty, I wrote on the table clean me, so maybe it's been cleaned now. Disappointed one of the bars not open to hotel guests on a Friday night. Over all having said all that we did have a really nice time.

We booked the standard room. The hotel reception and public areas are beautiful we were a little concerned when walking through all the corridors on the way to our room as it was very sparce and evident under construction we thought we had been given the wrong instructions on how to locate room but we found it. We opened the door to our room and it was lovely freshly refurbished and met the standard of the main hotel public areas. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the food was excellent good quality and choice on the inclusive two course menu. Free tail lovely a voucher was given so it can be used pre or post dinner. Grounds are beautiful enjoyed our trip.

Everything about this hotel was amazing from start to finish, the room was gleaming , food in the restaurant was fantastic and the staff is so friendly and helpful nothing is a bother for them will definitely be back .

we had a wonderful stay, the room was lovely I asked for a ground floor which we received, the lovely girl on reception got us checked in early and the rest of the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We were on a valentines evening which included a three course meal with drinks and breakfast included, the standard of food was exceptional we have been to many excellent hotels and this one is up with the best of them. We will return and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Fabulous break. We'll worth the money. Lovely evening meal. Breakfast very hectic with long queues & food running out but quickly replenished & not the hoteks fault that everyone came to breakfast at the same time.

My wife and I came to this hotel for a one night break, we were welcomed at Rebecca I believe that was her name she was pleasant and helpful the first hotel room wasn’t what I was after so on speaking to Rebecca paid the extra £30.00 for a better quality room which was lovely we had lunch of baked potato and prawn and cray fish and a pint which was surprisingly nice we then went to the room and using the hotel slippers went to the on site leisure facilities nice pool but the sauna was a problem the saunas were in the changing rooms which meant we couldn’t be together so we went separate which means if you came out first you had to wait in the corridor for your partner as there was only one room key we went down to dinner which was excellent the waitress Abigail was really good great service 10 out of 10 it didn’t end there the hotel has great pictures and unusual chairs I was about to take a picture of my wife in one when up popped Danny who offered to take photos of both of us he was also on the breakfast as I believe Duty manager he said good morning and asked if everything was great 10 out of 10 so the only let down was the sauna however because of the great service with a smile and realise that unless you had a magic wand the sauna’s are a fixture so from me 10 out of 10 and thankyou to you all ps. Excellent chef food brilliant

Booked the Dinner, bed and breakfast deal. We upgraded to the executive room as we were celebrating our marriage. Well worth the upgrade, room was lovely. Four poster, sofas, fabulous bathroom. Dinner was excellent, staff very friendly on reception and throughout the hotel. We enjoyed it so much we booked an extra night. We definitely recommend and we will return.

We found the hotel to be very appealing. The food at both the evening meal and breakfast was very good. The staff very pleasant and happy to help. Our bed was very comfortable and as we were not in the main building we had no noise from the wedding that was going on at the time. The only downside was the room was a bit dated and could have done with a little bit of a makeover and there was a big gap under the main door so anyone could have been outside of our door listening to our conversations. We stayed in 609. Thank you
