Had a great 2 day weekend my only complaint was the room was too hot. But they supplied us with a fan which did help. But would certainly recommend this Hotel.

I is very easy to get into Aberdeen city centre from the hotel using public transport. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Also, the meal we had in the restaurant on the first night was very good and the staff were really friendly and efficient in the restaurant and reception. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that none of the room doors or corridor doors had soft close units so every door seemed to bang shut - not good when you are trying to sleep and people are going back to their rooms from a late night celebration.

Another lovely break,at this hotel.Breakfasts were excellent,great choice,set dinner was good value.Bar prices a bit high. Leisure facil very good and clean. Room was chilly when we arrived and heating was off for summer!! Cleaner also left window open next day,so again room bit cool.Staf friendly but morning breakfast greeter was bit abrupt,we entered for breakfast,and as no-one was at desk and sign turned around we went ahead to look for a table to be approached by greeter who asked if we had checked in,said no as no-one there,we got abrupt reply that she was busy!!Perhaps hotel need to review the procedure for breakfast as it does create queuing even though plenty tables available,fortunately this didn't spoil our overall enjoyment of weekend.

Having stayed here before we decided to return. However this time wasn't so pleasant. On arrival there seemed to be an issue with booking and the receptionist had to question where we booked our room from. Then during our inclusive evening meal, there was very little choice. My partner did not like any of the options even though he isn't fussy and usually loves his food. Having picked our choices they were presented very poorly, some of which was undercooked and rice was used as a roll up the plate option. Later on in evening when trying to actually sleep all we could hear was kids running around in corridors, doors slamming shut and next doors toilet flushing. Definitely won't be staying here again

Staff very friendly polite helpful couldn't do enough for you. Hotel is spotless rooms nicely decorated a good size and comfortable beds. Food was delicious and very well presented although was the same menu for both nights but there was plenty choice. I used the gym and the pool both of which are excellent facil.

Tried really hard with gf meals breakfast was really good and gf cornflakes and bread provided but evening meal was the same two nights in a row my husband had a pork dish which came without a sauce because the sauce had flour in if only a small change like using cornfour would have made huge difference since it was really dry also not much choice for the same meal two nights in a row apart from that really good we chose of another menu on second night

Excellent Hotel, doesn't look like much from the outside but inside its clean and very smart with loads of parking. Staff are pleasant and helpful and the rooms are a decent size and spotlessly clean.

Lovely hotel inside, easy access to city centre via frequent buses ( or £8 in a taxi) ). Evening meal was delicious, white glove service. Pleasant staf round
