First impression wasn't good as receptionist on duty did not look up and acknowledge us right away and was less than friendly. Both our room cards would not work and we had to have them reactivated. The room itself was lovely and large, a good working shower and enormous bed. The leisure facil are nice enough. You are given a towel to use. The changing room is open plan so no privacy to change but if you're ok with that then it's fine. We were on a DDD rate and the food was tasty and plentiful but only a 2 hour window to east from 7 - 9pm. Felt a little rushed to be honest but still pleasant enough. Breakfast was superb, buffet style and again plenty to eat and choose from. Would recommend this hotel on a special deal.

Very good hotel, with good food, helpful staff and good swimming pool (a little small). Our first room was 361, the end of two corridors. Unfortunately it smelt of damp and was rather noisy. When asking to change we were given 337 which was much better. Excellent value for money.

I had a lovely stay here. And my kids ages 6 & 3 had a ball. The room was lovely and very spacious, swimming pool was perfect size as well. Couldn't fault the staff who were very friendly and phoned our room 10 minutes after we arrived to ensure everything was OK. Great value for money and would definitely go back.

Excellent hotel Reception staff were very friendly and helpful We stayed in adjoining premium double rooms which were very comfortable and clean The leisure facil are first class Breakfast was buffet with loads to pick from All in all we enjoyed our stay an we will definitely be back

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms/facil. Rooms a good size and could accommodate a family without feeling cramped. Breakfast buffet very good. Large selection of hot and cold food. Would use hotel again without hesitation.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions in the last 6 months and have never been disappointed. Excellent rooms, excellent staff and superb breakfasts
