My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Carlton Hotel Prestwick. We found every member of staff were friendly and very professional. We ate lunch and dinner at the hotel. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We will definitely return.

This is the second time visiting this hotel and as always never disappointed. The staff go above and beyond for you and nothing is too much to ask. The rooms are to a very high standard and the beds are really comfortable too. The food is absolutely delicious and there is a very good selection to choose from.

Room was beautiful plenty of storage for clothes underwear ect bathroom was beautiful tea coffee milk suger and biscuits available plus camomile which I love spotless we had a meal and dessert plenty of choice hot breakfast was made fresh amazing plenty of continental too I most certainly be back

My wife and myself enjoyed 2 nights DDB at Carlton Hotel.Room was lovely and clean and good size.Breakfast and dinner were excellent with good choices and great service.Would definitely visit again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend hotel to others.

Had a lovely stay in the carlton hotel..reception welcoming and simple check in. Room was good size,clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely polite,excellent with their service and attentive. Dinner was lovely and we had surprise of 2 glasses of prosecco for my partners birthday. Breakfast again nice with excellent customer service. Loved our stay and would return.

Fantastic getaway at the Carlton. Stayed for a girls night about 6 weeks ago, hence the reason for rebooking as it ticked all boxes. Great staff, spotlessly clean, lovely rooms and absolutely fabulous food. Could not fault it. Looking forward to returning again - definitely a favourite myhotelbreak.

My husband and I arrived on 23/03/25 for two nights. We had a lovely time from check until check out. The staff are all very professional and nice. The food was excellent we had DBB dinner on both nights was delicious as was breakfast. The room was very modern and spotless would highly recommend a visit to this great hotel.

Fantastic overnight with mum and daughter-staff very friendly and always on hand. Rooms are fabulous and clean. We had dinner included service quick and food delicious. Same with breakfast but only gripe was not too warm and poached eggs were hard but I can cope with that but would def recommend this hotel
