Excellent stay at Inverness Palace Hotel. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it doesn’t disappoint. Friendly staff, good food and a room with a lovely view on to the river and Castle beyond. The leisure spa is also an excellent bonus.

Hotel lovely and clean . enjoyed the leisure facilities food was great breakfast was a little chaotic as they had ran out of milk for tea and sent a staff member to shops for it.had to wait a bit to bring our toast as did a few people mabe not enough staff to help out

All staff friendly and professional. Our room was excellent. Well presented excellent furnishings and facilities. Restaurant and Brasserie good. Breakfast well done. Evening meal good choices and presentation.

Great hotel in an ideal location. Room was lovely, however the bathroom could do with updating. Drinks offering in the bar weren’t the best especially the draught beers, for a 4 star hotel you’d expect better than Tennants. Staff and service was great throughout stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful 3 night mini break at the Palace Hotel & Spa. Everything was wonderful. Tremendous room, excellent food and first class staff. I cannot find any fault whatsoever. We hopefully will return in the not to distant future!

Everything was lovely about our recent stay. Staff friendly, rooms spotless, food tasty, excellent choice for breakfast. Hotel is situated in the heart of Inverness - very easy to access shops, bars restaurants within the city. Tourist attractions are a short drive away - Culloden, Fort George, Black Isle

We stayed at the hotel Friday and Saturday 25th and 26th October 24. The hotel was lovely and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Leisure facilities were great and again the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we had was lovely and nicely decorated and the hotel was lovely and warm. The one thing I would say is that the breakfast needs to be kept warmer. The dishes it was kept in were cold to touch and I am not sure that the hot plates below were warm. It was lukewarm on both days. Dinner was again lovely and good choices available. This is only a suggestion but it would be good if the Leisure centre had a machine that would rinse the water from swimwear especially for guests who are travelling home. I believe they had one prior to the centre being updated.

We had a fabulous stay at the Palace Hotel, Inverness. A beautiful hotel which has been tastefully decorated. When we arrived at the hotel, the lovely receptionist told us we had been upgraded to a river view room which was fabulous - lovely spacious room which was beautifully decorated. We had a meal at the hotel which was delicious and also very quick service. We would definitely stay at the Palace Hotel again and would recommend it to others.

Had a two night break in this beautiful hotel.The room was spotless and had the most beautiful view over the river Ness. The dinner in the evening was superb followed by a lovely selection at breakfast. All staff were excellent and a credit to the hotel

Had a lovely night at the Palace Hotel, bedroom was a good size and decorated beautifully. Had a swim and a jacuzzi and felt very relaxed before heading out for dinner and tails. Breakfast could have been hotter, food was luke warm but enjoyable all the same. Very noisy people above us, thought the lightshade was going to come off the ceiling many times through the night and next morning but obviously this doesn't reflect on the hotel at all as there's nothing that can be done to stop people stomping about.

Very easy check in at the Palace Hotel. Public areas are renovated and very attractive. The leisure suite is excellent. Spotless and well kept. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Our room had a poor outlook and location within the hotel. Lots of corridors, lift and fire doors to deal with. These tend to slam at night and early morning. We both struggled with the brick hard mattresses and as all rooms have the same, no solution could be found so we moved to another hotel for our 2nd night. Breakfast was also not good. All cooked beforehand and sitting in bain Marie pots. The food was like warm and ruined. Even the eggs had been cooked along time in advance and were rubbery. Another reason for our early check out from this Best Western.

Hotel was hood. Staff were excellent. One member of staff from leisure area gave up her parking space as my husband is registered disabled.

Room was lovely and Hotel as well as lovely leisure facilities but big let down was Brasserie and Restaurant. Meal on 1st night was not great and breakfast was cold and items not put out and when they brought them it was cold. This is something they really have to work on as it lets the hotel down. When we complained they just said oh will tell the chef.

Amazing hotel. Staff, location, food and spa are excellent. We had a full body massage and I have to say this was probably the best massage I’ve ever had ( thank you Jody) river view room is a must Will definitely be back
