Lovely stay, comfy rooms, attentive friendly staff and huge portions of very tasty food. Great base for exploring, we visited both the Falkirk wheel and Summerlees Industrial museum ( free and well worth a visit).

Stayed for one night on a DBB deal. Room was lovely and clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Would recommend.

Stayed 23/07/2021 as a late break. Great price at £80 DBB for 2. Service and food great. Spacious room. Excellent beer garden. Drink is reasonably priced. All under COVID restrictions. Would definitely return. Only down side was that it was difficult to regulate the heat on the shower but a minor issue.

We had a fabulous overnight stay on dinner b&b, hotel is very covid safe staff are all friendly rooms very large ( bathroom a little dated but done the job) very comfy beds with great linen. We had dinner in the beer garden and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive - special thanks to Joanne. We even had breakfast in bed. Over all a great wee stay but at £80 for both of us it was amazing value.

Really enjoyed our night away at the castlecarry Hotel, the dinner was excellent and huge portion couldn't eat the 3 course. Service was great and staff were very nice. The covid restrictions were very good but not intrusive to our stay ,staff were cleaning all tables when were changing. Will definitely go back.

Stayed here for 1 DBB deal and couldn't fault hotel. Room was a bit dated but spotless and spacious so not an issue. Both dinner and breakfast was very good. All staff were very friendly. Thanks for a lovely time.

hotel lovely staff very friendly food in restaurant was great and portion sizes very big breakfast delivered to room wasnt very warm neither was tea or coffee no choice of cereal so breakfast a bit disappointing but overall nice stay and i am going back

4 of use visited last weekend occupying 2 rooms, on arrival plenty of parking available, reception and check in was smooth and effortless, rooms were large, warm, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Bar area was clean and well stocked, dinner in the evening was delicious, warm and plentiful. However the second day we weren’t as lucky. Breakfast was ok but that’s as far as it goes, plenty of choice but girl serving as abrupt and surly. Food was well presented but only luke warm. Also breakfast was served in the public bar. Dining on the Saturday evening was appalling, extremely slow service, one meal we complained about as the chicken was extremely tough and col, on mentioning it all that was said was I will let the chef know. No offer of a replacement and it wasn’t taken off our bill either. We paid bills as we went but on checking out on the Sunday they. Tried to charge us for some drinks we didn’t have. Breakfast on the Sunday was again ok, omelette was raw in the middle though.
