Both my family & I are looking forward to our trip next April to Islay - a first for me! Susan in Reservations was a very quick and professional in amending our booking as we couldn’t all get rooms on the same dates. Very impressed!

We would just like to say we are sorry that we have had to cancel our break for the beginning of July. It was for a 80th birthday celebration and as such even if hotels are open, I'm not sure it would be safe.
I am loving the photos of Mark's family on facebook and will certainly rebook the break with yourselves.
Please do not refund us the £5.00 DEPOSIT.
I have two vouchers to use one the 26th of July and the other one the 2nd of August will this be extended

We have previously stayed in this hotel, we absolutely loved it, the whole experience was fantastic.Ive booked another 2 stays for this year all been well.

I have too cancel my booking due to the corona virus as we are in lockdown. I hope to use your service again once this awful period of time has passed. My booking was recently amended for me when the price went down with no fuss. Great service and I have never been disappointed with any of my bookings.
