Great service today from Susan today

My partner purchased a voucher for me for Christmas and we booked to go to Peebles in March, I had to cancel due to Covid-19 and the lady which helped us was very accommodating and extended our voucher to December 2020. We not think we are going to struggle to fit the voucher in this year due again to the situation and the lady has very kindly agreed to extend the voucher to March 2021. I have stayed on Myhotelbreaks before and always been very very happy with the hotels we have stayed. Looking forward to using my voucher.

We had a wee break booked for sept & wanted to change dates, I emailed the team and this was done quickly for me. No hassle at all. This is not the first we’ve used my hotel break. Brilliant deals! Wouldnt go through anyone else.
