Hotel was lovely, grounds well kept with great walks and activities, bar beautiful, staff helpful and friendly dinner was tasty and good value. The only draw backs were that there was no tea and coffee facilities in the room, beds weren't the comfiest, never got our rooms cleaned over the 2 night stay, no robes in the room either, which i would have expected from a 4 star hotel. Would visit again and hope to find these extras at our next stay.

The grounds are amazing, along with great activities for both adults and children. However the Victorian baths aren't worth the money you pay for them and the carpets within the hotel could be doing with refurb

Great Hotel with so many activities for everyone!! The staff are so welcoming and do everything to make your stay special !! All the facilities are spotless clean !! And the food is delicious!! We Definitely recommend this hotel for everyone and especially family’s !!

We enjoyed our stay very much as everything was fine except for the dining experience. The food was excellent but the Meikle restaurant is not available for dinner anymore.The Terrace restaurant is the only place for dining now and is very noisy and busy and lacks atmosphere. There is a small restaurant called East which is in a small part of the Meikle but the cuisine is not for everyone’s taste unfortunately.

The hotel was lovely and the food was fine although the breakfast was only barely warm on both mornings. The service in both the dining room and the east I would consider poor. I ordered cappuccino for myself and tea for my wife and 2 pieces of carrot cake . I was asked if wanted to pay just now instead of after and I agreed my wife's tea came as did my coffee and was told the cakes would be with us shortly. My wife asked for the milk which was on the tray only to be told that milk was for someone else but she would bring the milk shortly . I tasted my coffee and it was barely like warm so when she returned with our cake and milk l asked her to replace the coffee with hot coffee. She apologised and did return with hot coffee and apologised and said there would be no charge for the coffee. I said thanks but I'd already paid my bill and her response was a confused ok. Also the evening before in the dining room all went well until it came to our sweet. The short version is we were given the sweet menu at 7.40 and received our sweet at 8.20. to summarise I feel the staff can do with a bit more training and supervision during mealtimes

Bedroom was small overlooked the large canopy of main reception & the toilet was squessed into a tight corner by the sink The staff were very nice through out hotel & food in East restaurant was first class as was service.Lovely hotel throughout except Bedroom !!! ??

Great grounds to walk around and many activities to get involved with if feeling energetic . Had to wait for 1/2 hour after ordering dinner, cold dinning area air con. Good choice menus at lunch time and lovely surroundings ( different restaurant from dinner) Door to the room 141needed a shoulder to be able open / close maintainance needed Bathroom drains need to be flushed out with some drain cleaner as there was a very unpleasant smell. If I was able to post a photo to show what was outside our window I would ( very ugly dirty wall)

Lovely stay at Crieff Hydro, busy hotel but so many different areas and space that it never seemed over busy. You can do as little or as much as you like. Staff are all so Lovely and helpful. Room was lovely as well. We walked around the grounds which can take you for miles if you want. We ate dinner on the first night which was fab. Will definitely go back again ??

Just home from two days at Creiff Hydro, we had a lovely bedroom, very comfortable bed and nice view from the two windows. The food was delicious and well presented, we ate in The Brasserie both nights and all staff throughout the hotel were helpful and friendly. When we checked in and mentioned it was our anniversary they left a congratulations card and perfumed candle for us as a gift from reception staff. Highly recommend, only downside Creiff is a little hilly but hotel more than made up for that.

Love this place - venue and staff - well , simply amazing …… Jasmine on reception was so organised and professional at check in as it was extremely busy . Later the Duty Manager , Mrs Ritchie , was so helpful with advise on dining options and the Xmas festivities - simply perfect / relaxing environment

On check in at approximately 1530, we were asked if we had booked dinner. We said no, and were then informed that the restaurants were fully booked, but she would phone and see if they could fit us in. We were then offered 1700 or 2000hs for dinner. We had wanted 1830hrs. I think we should have been informed beforehand that pre booking is necessary. There was no information in the room about hotel services and dining times. I phoned reception at 2100hrs to ask when breakfast was being served and was told that I would have to book it. First time I have ever been asked to book a breakfast time. We had gone for a quiet relaxing weekend, we hoped, but the hotel was full of very young children and babies. Not a relaxing atmosphere. I would not recommend the hotel for pensioners like myself. The fire alarm went off twice in our 2 day stay, the second time at approximatly 0130hrs. On check out I found that we had been charged for staff tips for both nights we had dinner. I did not argue about this at check out, but we had not been informed beforehand that this would happen. The food was excellent, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will certainly not be back.

Enjoyed a relaxing stay at Crieff Hydro. Customer service was excellent from check in to check out. Our room was very comfortable and had a brilliant walk in shower in the ensuite. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Our offer included dinner on the first night which was so good we decided to dine there on our second night too. Leisure facilities were excellent which included pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Public spaces are well furnished and comfortable.

All staff I interacted with were fantastic, all very friendly and helpful. Especially the two members of staff in the bar in the Meikle. Loved the victorian baths, so peaceful. Food was also great, we ate in both the Meikle and the Terrace. Room a little small but it wouldn't put me off from coming back, I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely staff and hotel. We changed roomsx3 times. The 3rd was a beautiful upgraded room with a stunning view. We enjoyed the whisky bar, the victorian spa and the breakfast. The corridors in this hotel are badly needing upgraded. Carpets ate very worn..The standard rooms are very tired abd miles away from the foyer.There are nowalk in showers in this hotel. The Winter Garden is vety hot and crowded at lunch time. The Terrace restaurant menu is fantastic though. Beds are comfy but the pillows were either too fat or too flat. Beautiful grounds and activities to try.

Beautiful location. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Our room could do with a facelift, but it was warm and comfortable. We were expecting our upgrade to a ‘feature’ room to include little extras, but didn’t know what they were. Everyone really professional and breakfast staff were great. Loved our stay!
