Paid extra for an executive room was told on phone we had a beautiful room with a beautiful view overlooked car park and sure it was a standard room with a little fridge put on the floor as looked last minute dirty stains on carpet however staff were pleasant and entertainment nice

Our 2 nights at Crieff hydro were fantastic. Our room was amazing, the food was really good and we will definitely be back.

Very Pleasant stay at the Crieff Hydro, just not enough time to do all that is on offer at the hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food in both restaurants were very nice. The only thing that lets it down is the bar is just not big enough for the size of hotel to retire too after dinner, big empty space outside bar, this should be used more to accommodate this problem.

Did complain on checkout as room that was given was terrible being on top of an air unit going on at 3.30am ! No empathy at all and before paying on departure also tryiedvyo charge on spa that was cancelled prior to this . For our 20th anniversary not very happy with time away !!!!

Accommodation, food and facil all of a very high standard. Staff were all lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The stunning scenery was shown to great advantage by some beautiful weather. Will definitely return.

Had a great stay for 2 nights. We were lucky with the weather and did a couple of walks. Loads to do . Very much family focused. Dress was very casual. Which made the stay even more relaxing. The band on Thursday night Side by Side were superb. The singer had a great voice. I will definitely be back. Take advantage of the info sheets about what's and a what to do. The only small grievance was our room (155) although clean and nice decor was very "snug" . Overall superb stay and value

The only complaint I have against the hotel is that we were there for a relaxing weekend and unfortunately our room was on the same floor as lots of families and we landed up being awake from 7 with them in and out of their rooms and I'm guessing it was the children that were slamming the doors as I would hope the adults would have more respect for others still in their beds and yes I know it is a family hotel and I couldn't fault the hotel on what they provide for their customers as lots going on at all times but it might be good to think about people that are there just to relax and possibly put them in an area which is a lot quieter.

Really lovely hotel, staff very helpful and pleasant. We had an executive room which was great with beautiful views. Food was good too......especially enjoyed the Meikle restaurant. Lots of activ for all ages in the hotel grounds and nice walks within the grounds as well as further afield. Would definitely recommend Crieff Hydro Hotel.

2 night stay friendly staff room basic no fridge ? Breakfast and evening meals lovely good choices drinks pricey can't believe wanted £10 each to have a swim ?

Enjoyable stay. A couple of comments: 1) breakfast hot buffet could have been hotter. 2) disturbed 'til midnight by band practicing music for next evening's function.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The room 129 - although with no view - we were delighted with it. It was a lovely well laid out room. Service was a little slow in the morning for breakfast but we were well warned that it can be busy. Food was lovely especially dinner but I would have liked it served a little hotter, but as I said it was lovely. Room was very clean - top marks! Only one minor point, the glass door on the bath could use a little silicon as it let water out which I had to wipe with the bath mat - but this is only something that could have been picked up by someone actually using the shower. A most enjoyable stay and we'll certainly be back.
