The hotel is a little tired and could do with a facelift but that’s the only negative I have. It is clean and breakfast was great, the real credit for this review goes to the team .. very helpful and a credit to the hotel

The Inveraray Inn is a lovely well run old hotel ! A very good welcome, and had dinner and breakfast on an overnight stay, the food was very good, and the staff were great, the smoked haddock at breakfast was amazing !! Will certainly return !

Really enjoyed the visit but was disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned after our first night. We left used towels on the bathroom floor, as is the normal practice to indicate a change, however they were simply g up on the radiator. We also weren’t informed that a wedding was taking place on our second night so we had to endure loud music and doors banging into the early hours. I’m no killjoy but I think we should have been informed of this prior to our arrival to make a choice of whether to rearrange our visit. Overall a lovely place but just not perfect on this occasion, particularly as this was a special anniversary

Amazing hotel with fantastic staff and service. 1st visit from my friend in Brighton. He was overwhelmed by the Scottish welcome. Also my wee dogs felt right at home and staff remembered them from previous visit.

What a wee gem of a hotel. Very friendly welcome. Lovely large bedroom. We had dinner on the first night included. It was delicious we opted to eat in the bar. Really good atmosphere. Every single member of staff couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was all freshly cooked. Definitely be returning. Only thing to note there is no lift however the lovely guy on reception helped us with our cases

Great value hotel , staff definitely make you feel special and service in bar and restaurant is excellent also the food is very nice. We had loch view room on second floor very clean and comfortable. Room was warm and bathroom had large towels etc.

Really nice traditional hotel, we got a very warm welcome on arrival. Staff were friendly and made ourcstay enjoyable. Check in was very quick and efficient. Our room was very comfortable, really and warm, very quiet. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The only concern we had was the delay of food from the kitchen, the choice and quality of the food was good, this may have been down to staffing issues, this being said, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Very enjoyable couple of days away. Gentleman on check in pleasant & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast made to order with fresh toast too. Food served in lounge bar was great and staff had good vibe. Great value for money. Hope to return soon.

Lovely staff we had a spacious family room very clean and comfy bed Breakfast menu gave good choices No lift in hotel spl staircase did see a party struggle with cases kind staff member came to help. We were on first floor which I requested we managed fine. Loved our two day stay

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the Inveraray Inn. We were lucky enough to get a Loch view room which was nicely decorated and very spacious. The breakfast was lovely and our evening meal was too. The service was great and all the staff were very pleasant. I would 100% recommend this lovely hotel.
