I loved this deal. We got one of the best views o the bridges from our room. However breakfast I was really disappointed in. I’ve been to many Hilton’s and breakfasts are so nice I’m meaning the hot food. I actually couldn’t eat it. I did enjoy the fruit. How ever the breakfast won’t put me off coming back might have been an off morning. But I will def be back.

The hotel was nice but the fridge in the room wasn't working properly and there was a terrible smell from the fridge. I reported this and someone had a look but couldn't fix it and no replacement was offered. We reported it again the next day and still waiting on a reply.

Loved our stay here we were upgraded we had a beautiful view of bridges, bed was massive, pillows were uncomfortable too soft but wasn't main thing, food was lovely, we took a walk across forth bridge too as there was a path right at end of gardens so easy to access. Staff were lovely very attentive we will definitely book again for here not sure if could but a swimming pool installed somewhere would be a great thing for hotel

Fabulous stay.!Very friendly and efficient staff. Beautiful clean rooms. Delicious food for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Large portions. Prosecco and chocolates in room as per package. Will definitely be a returning guest. Booked same package last year at this time too. Excellent value for money.

Nice location. Our room was overlooking the bridges. No proper bar area to sit and relax, only a couple of stools and tables at the rear of the restaurant. Rooms were spacious and modern although ours was in need of some tlc. Staff were really welcoming. Restaurant is set out overlooking the bridges which was nice. Food was OK, nothing special.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel for my birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make it special. Free upgrade of room, chocs & a birthday card in the room. Room itself was luxurious & no complaints. We do plan to return. Restaurant was nice & good selection of food & drinks reasonably priced. The breakfast was delicious in the morning. A lovely outlook. Very enjoyable. Thanks again.

Had an overnight stay here last week. Hotel is lovely, especially if you get a room with a view of the 3 bridges. The restaurant has a lovely view of the bridges. Room was lovely, spotless and had a lovely big bed with lovely linen. The shower was perfect and set at the right temperature. We had a delicious cookie on arrival and a bottle of Prosecco in the room. The staff were very nice. Dinner however was a disaster for me. I have an allergy and seemingly there was nothing on the menu I could have, as all items on the menu ‘contained or may contain my allergen’. I could not even have a plain steak as EVERYTHING apparently is cooked on the same grill. I could elaborate on my experience but it serves no purpose. I loved this Hotel but unfortunately will not go back if I can’t have dinner.

Had DBB overnight for 6 people. Very nice hotel, slight delay at check in as rooms weren’t ready. One room had an issue with a faulty light and the shower was cold. It wasn’t reported to reception until the next day so can’t comment on how it would have been dealt with. Portions at dinner were very big and choice on menu was good. Overcharged for meal but was refunded when I pointed it out. Breakfast was nice, the only issue was there didn’t appear to be much vegetarian options ( hot buffet food) there may have been a separate menu but we weren’t offered it. I think for the price I would certainly return. Thank you.

Just back from queensferry crossing, booked it for my friends birthday, and took advantage of the blue Cross sale which gave us Twin room ( was only a king available on the deal, but the lovely Holly from MHB sorted us with a twin ) Bottle of presseco on arrival 20 % of food Breakfast in morning We were upgraded on arrival so a slightly bigger room And the lovely hilton chocolate cookie ? Kirsty on reception was lovely, told her that we has already booked dinner, she said she would put a note on the booking so we would get the 20% discount Presseco was in fridge 20% voucher was in the room We had booked an early dinner, it does state in the booking that you get an hour and a half as if they are busy they may need to turn the table We arrived slightly before our booked time, we're seated quickly , given menus and was also offered a jug of water for the table We had ( photos to come ) 1 irn bru 1 large rose wine 2 soups 1 steak frites ( this can only be cooked medium) 1 fish and chips 1 ice cream ( 3 scoops ) 1 tmisu 1 capacino 1 hot chocolate Total cost £89 This included the 10% service charge And includes the 20% discount We were served by the lovely Becca, young waitress, was so pleasant, nothing was to much trouble, a real breath of fresh air. As we were nearly finished and had ordered hot drinks we were asked if we wouldn't mind having the hot drinks at the bar area ( we were over the hour and a half and they needed the table ) this wasn't pushed, but we were happy to move to allow the next set of guests the table. When the bill came, the 20% discount hadn't been applied, no problem, had voucher on me, David ( think one of the managers ) sorted it immediately and we were issued with a new bill There is a 10% service charge already on the bill, normally I let my inner Karen out and politely ask for it to be removed as i like to decide on what sort of tip I leave, and always prefer if tipping to leave cash However as we had exceptional service from Becca I left it on In the morning we had breakfast, usual fair with lots of choice, even in the continental selection. The toaster only took 1 pass and actually toasted the bread lol Only 1 tiny negative, the plate warmer for breakfast plates wasn't on, so plates were cold Overall a fantastic night away Would recommend as the hotel is well worth a visit , and food was lovely

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel, and yet again they didn’t fail to deliver another amazing experience for my husband and I! The staff are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful, rooms are clean and modern (we were lucky to have a room with a view of the bridges which was a bonus!), and the food in the restaurant is always 10/10 for both taste and presentation. We will definitely be returning again in the future for another visit.

As a very frequent guest of Hilton brands i found this an excellent value package. Great upgraded Deluxe room with welcome Prosecco and upgraded amenities including Robes, Slippers etc. 20% food discount in the restaurant. The food, beverages and service were great. Breakfast was also included. Various hot and cold items were offered. Only negative was staff did explain that cooked to order eggs were available rather than the disappointing scrambled eggs.
