Everything about our stay was divine. The one teeny tiny fault I could give is the lack of vegetarian options at dinner. Apart from that top class. I’d go back in a heart beat!

Completely taken aback by this hotel in a very good way. Very modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff so friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Food was delicious and portions plentiful and a good selection. Lovely little touches in the room as well, water, juice, snacks. We will most definitely be back and will definitely recommend.

My partner and I were very excited to stay at the Queensferry Crossing Hotel as it was our first ‘Date Night’ in months. Unfortunately we found the service in the Shore Restaurant disappointing. We booked a table on check in, and when we arrived at the restaurant (which was relatively quiet at 2000) I asked if it would be possible for a window seat and that we would wait if need be. The waitress in a suit sulkily said no and that there would be an hours wait. We were then shown to a table that had t been ended and still had dirty glasses that had been used by previous diners. The table was cleared and a table next to us remained vacant (it was cleared and cleaned unlike ours). My partner enquiried about the table as it was still empty after 15 mins (no order had been taken yet) and we were shown to a window seat by another waitress. We waited about 30 minutes before our order was taken (after being reseated) and there was about 20 minutes between courses being cleared away and the next course. Unfortunately the initial service and wait between courses is enough for us not to choose to stay here again. The room was okay and the bed was comfortable but anyone staying here would be better going into South Queensferry for food as the restaurant customer service is at best poor. I did advise at the time and upon check out but haven’t received any response.

Had an amazing stay at Hilton DoubleTree, Edinburgh-Queensferry. Our room was gorgeous and staff couldn't have been more helpful. The Shore restaurant is lovely and food was delicious. Very happy customers.

Wonderful weekend.great hotel,reception staff very friendly,hot warm cookie lovely touch. Room was lovely,soft bed,pillows. We were DBB,which meant evening meal.included. We were able to order off main menu,to total off £25 each. Many thanks to Naomi for her wonderful service,even though she was in pain,due to a hand injury she remained professional and nothing was too much trouble. Pity same couldn't be said for restrauant manager/ supervisor she had her favourite tables were she spent time with,certain guests,we felt as we were DBB,we were somewhat inferior. Breakfast,great choice. Only other negative was there was a wedding function on Saturday night and all guests kept walking back and forth through restrauant,very off putting if you were sitting were we were. All and all great hotel,would definitely recommend,will visit again,hopefully to a room facing bridge.

We stayed one night on 15 April on a DBB deal. We were very well looked after from the moment we arrived by the young man at reception and Colm who helped carry our bags and show us to our suite. It was a very large room with a huge bathroom and had great amenities. It instantly made you feel pampered and very relaxed. All was immaculately clean, tastefully done and had great views of the two road bridges. Our dinner was lovely and the restaurant and bar staff provided a very good and friendly service which added to the whole experience. We wanted a chilled, comfortable night away with good food and that's exactly what we got. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to others and we will be back.

Room lovely, staff very pleasant, cookies at check-in were very nice as was the hospitality tray in room. The only minor complaint was the main course of our evening meal was appalling and had to be sent back, hubby's fish and chips was drenched in grease and his mushy peas were cold and my chicken was a leg and not the breast as in the description and the sage and onion stuffing was missing. Both main courses were not very warm. When we complained to the waitress she got her supervisor (Natalie)to come to us and she agreed that the main course was not the usual standard. She did give us a complimentary bottle of wine and her apologies, it didn't make up for our meal but was a nice gesture. Everything else was lovely and the breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Would return and would recommend but unfortunate about the main course meals.

I booked as an overnight birthday gift for my partner , hotel modern and spotless , staff lovely and accommodating when we asked to change time for dinner ( thanks again )we had the king room with a view , great big comfy bed , shower great . We each had 3 courses at dinner and food was easily the main reason why I’d def go back ,mmmmm . Plenty of parking . Area is quiet . Nice breakfast . Would recommend . Oh and we had a bit of a mystery tour looking for our room 335 , it’s behind a locked door that leads to a small corridor with 2 rooms , so it’s very quiet . Well done all at hotel x

Had a great nights stay at the doubletree , only slight downside was the fact the hibernian football team were also there and we had to wait 2 hours for our main meals as the staff were paying all there attention to them. Got our mains at 10:25 after ordering at 20:15.

Fantastic...hotel was lovely nice location.room was fab..ate in restaurant at night.service and food was delicious...my partner thought the sausages and bacon for breakfast was undercooked .and he normally eats anything but he had to leave them .but very happy with everything'

Fantastic hotel,we had lovely 3 night break, the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel was .first class,with brilliant views of .the bridge, but what really made our break great was undoubtedly the staff, especially in lounge/dining room they really did make us feel not only ‘at home ‘ but also guests, everyone of them did Hilton proud.,as did reception staff, Best break we’ve had in many years with MyHotel Break. And of course booking through My Hotel Break was as ever faultless.

HI at the Queensferry hotel we had great stay and we both enjoyed the hotel, would certainly come back , staff were superb and very attentive day and night. there was a bit of confusion on checking out with the bill but the reception staff were very helpful with fixing the error. there was a wedding on the second night but did not hear any noise what so ever, Fantastic stay
