A lovely stay at the Priory Hotel. Staff very friendly and service good. The lift was a bonus for me having a mobility problem. We will return.

Lovely hotel but rooms very warm so did not sleep very well. Took 24 hours for room to cool down when heating turned off.

On arrival after 4 pm on 6th of November the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful and also the next day when she gave us information to go into Inverness, nothing was a problem and we are very sorry we cannot remember her name. I would just like to say that the whole hotel was really nice and clean and the dining room and coffee /bar area was beautiful and peaceful to sit and enjoy your meal and a drink in the evening. The choice of breakfast was excellant and your hot selection was waiter served very nice. The hotel was decorated with lots of beautiful pictures and modern colourful art. The staff in all areas were very nice and pleasant and well presented. Young and older staff members were always very pleasant to whoever came in. Our room was a late deal and we couldn't have asked for a better room and I wouldn't hesitate to contact you again. 12 out of 10.

Over the past 60 odd years of my life I have stayed in many hotels. The Priory takes a pleasurable experience to new heights, with a superb Dog Friendly bedroom with a kingsized bed, fantastic food (breakfast to die for) with extremely generous portions and staff that are friendly, helpfull and nothing is too much trouble. The Hotel's attitude to flexibility of checking in or out times and breakfast times is something we have never experienced before and would like to again. Truly a memorable experience worthy of repeating on a regular basis.

Excellent find from Classic Britain. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the food of high standard. Priory Hotel well situated for exploring the area around Beauly e.g. Strathpeffer, Dingwall,Black Isle,Inverness.

Stayed here a few times before and have always found the staff very helpful and pleasant. We were in a room with balcony which would be nice weather permitting.Always a good choice of food in restuarant.Good value.

very friendly staff, twin rooms are adequate but could do with better mattresses. Decor in lounge and dining areas had been given a modern upgrade since our last visit in 2010. Food is excellent and favourably priced. Would highly recommend this hotel.
