The village of Hadlow is in the Medway Valley near to Tonbridge in the county of Kent.

Hadlow Tower
The tower once formed part of a grand house in the Romantic Gothic style built in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. 

Haysden Country Park (Tonbridge)
A gentle walk around the lakes of Haysden and Barden with a stretch of the River Medway. Offers interesting nature and historical trails and fishing opportunities.

Hadlow Castle
Hadlow Castle is a Grade I listed country house which replaced the manor house of Hadlow Court Lodge. It was built over several years from the late 1780s by Walter May in an ornate Gothic style.

Penhurst Place and Gardens
Stood on the banks of the River Medway since the 14th century, with the house being one of the grandest and most perfectly preserved example of a fortified manor house in all of England and the gardens being 11 acres of walled garden which were laid out in the Elizabethian era.

Tonbridge Castle
One of the finest examples of motte and bailey castle in the UK, with a close proximity to Tonbridge Rowing Boats on the River Medway.
