Myself & my partner had a lovely overnight stay in September. We stayed in one of the rooms in the beach house that had stunning views over Loch Lomond & the room was really big and spacious too. Also very clean. The food in the restaurant for both dinner & breakfast the next morning was great and the staff throughout our stay were all really friendly and helpful! The covid/social distancing measures in place were good and made us feel safe during our stay.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Reception staff made check in easy. Check in should have been at 3pm but we were allowed into room at 12 noon which was so convenient Room was “ cosy “ but adequate. Bed was very comfortable Had an evening in the bar and the young barman ( sorry didn’t get his name ) was fabulous. Nothing was a problem for him. Very friendly and an asset to the hotel . Breakfast in the morning was first class and plentiful Who wouldn’t want to eat breakfast while looking at Edinburgh castle World is crazy with all the rules etc just now but this hotel seems to manage this and still make visit enjoyable. Well done to all the staff Can’t wait time book again.

Thank you for making my booking and cancellation quick and easy.also I compared prices on other sites and your site came up best on prices also you add little touches that entice people to want to use your company.. Just enjoyed a lovely weekend break booked though my hotel break. Hotel was in a lovely setting. We had a good room with views to both the beach at the front and the river to the back.The package was very good value for money as the food at the hotel was delicious a very varied menu. I opted for the duck on the first night and the seafood pasta on the 2nd night and can't decide which I enjoyed more! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the hotel setting was great for long walks.

Had lovely stay at hilton at queensferry. Room large and very nice.warm and can control temperature. Nice lighting at night in room.food was lovely and staff really nice.robert was exceptional and nothing a bother.definately stay again.been before with family.

Fabulous hotel, can't fault the hotel or staff and service. Close to Shrewsbury where you can take a river cruise or shop or eat out. Scarborough not far or Pickering. Iron bridge a short drive away. Plenty of grounds to walk around with a pond. You are in the middle of the forrest ( no phone reception in hotel) so hiking everywhere, there is a big lake near by. Idilic location for the hotel with a pub close by. We were in a ground floor room with a picturess bandstand outside our balcony room overlooking lovely gardens, which was a blessing as it's very hot in the hotel. Food was excellent, limited menu for evening due to covid but beautifully prepared and tasty. Service 5* Breakfast good selection and full english, table service in bar and restaurant. The hotel is very clean and in good repair, decor lovely, warm and welcoming. Can't wait to go back.

I’m really gutted we can’t go to the hotel on Tuesday. We have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid & are waiting for a test & results.

Very easy to book. Great value for a 3 night stay. Visited Skye Easter 2019. Looking forward to a return visit.

Very friendly, welcoming staff ! Comfortable,clean room , with shower.
Enjoyed an excellent meal, herb crusted salmon and a delicious fillet steak!
Will return when possible to sample lunch!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our short break today due to my mum being in hospital and having to sort out a more intense care package rather than going into a care home. The hospital admission was unexpected. Susan was extremely efficlient and the cancellation was straightforward to do. Thank you Susan. We look forward to a stay in the future as we have thoroughly enjoyed stays before.
