one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in, hotel was clean and tidy, food was outstanding , and all other services were 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

Lovely staff, food excellent, and a great choice at breakfast. Although as some people have said in their reviews that the bedrooms need updating, we can honestly say they were clean, with a flat screen tv, comfy bed, plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, kettle tea and coffee and a clean bathroom with shower. There were four of us in two rooms and especially given the price, were all more than happy with the friendly staff, the food and facilities and do not believe you could ask for more. Oh, and we have booked to stay again in October with Myhotelbreak which says it all. Great stay, thankyou to everyone.

Actually stayed 3 nights as hotel was ideally situated to explore north Wales. Upgraded room and was delighted with the comfortable and modern room, food was excellent and staff were helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff ,good food , entertainment Unfortunately it was spoilt by waking early Friday am ,bitten by ants!! They were in the bedding,on the walls, bathroom having come in via windowsill. Immediate action taken and .moved to another room in hotel. We were asked to pay the full amount of the bill .After voicing our dissatisfied we settled on paying half the total bill. Staff were sympathtic and apologized which was appreciated,but not sure if we will ever return.

We stayed in a lovely clean and fresh room, the staff were friendly, the food was very good and we were pleasantly surprised to find that there was a singer as entertainment in the bar on the Saturday night. He was fantastic. The only complaint we would have is that the DJ and music from an event in one of the suites could be heard extremely loudly in our room until well after midnight.

Spacious bright modern rooms very clean, friendly staff, very pleased with bar prices as cheap as some pubs. Food was beautiful reasonable price to. We did the deal with dbb with 2 course meal on first night for a fantastic price. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Lov3d our stay.

Room was decent size with good facilities and the food was good.However we had 2 large windows both looking out onto a brickwall along a smalloutside passageway.This meant the room was very dark and miserable and due to the storms we had to spend more time in the room longer than we wanted.We would have rather looked out over grass or garden or something like this.

Very pleasant stay. Staff very welcoming and on the ball. Our package included a 2 course evening meal. There was a good choice on the menu and the food was excellent.

just returned from a 2 night break at THE BEAUFORT PARK HOTEL,MOLD,booked via myhotelbreak.com...the hotel was fantastic,great food and excellent staff...been before and will certainly visit again in the future..visited the market on the saturday and fouud a nice little pub,THE GRIFFIN,with great prices on the high street,run by a lovely couple from BLACKBURN....all in all...a SUPERB WEEKEND BREAK....thank you EVERYONE INVOLVED....austin golding

When we checked into our room there was a very strong smell of urine we complained to reception and they sent cleaners in but could still smell it so they moved us to another room one that had been renovated ..lovely room breakfast was really good overall it was good value for money

this was our 3rd visit to the Beaufort Park and as usual it was a relaxing stay. Although the decor was looking a bit past its best- I have heard from the team that they are going to be carrying out remedial works- the hotel was exceptionally clean. We had the luxury of a massive room with its own setee and beautifully large bathroom.This was also exceptionally clean and we were tidied up on the second day of our stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly, especially in the bar and restauarant areas where due to the ongoing restrictions everything is table service only. Reception stafff were lso welcoming and interested in our journeys and what we were doing during our stay. The food was tasty with generous portions, we really enjoyed the hand cut chips, made a complete difference from the usualthin cut french fries.

The hotel is very nice,the staff were all friendly and accomodating but the so called double room had two twin beds pushed together and a sheet across.Not comfortable if we as a couple wanted a cuddle.About the meals,we arrived on a sunday and ordered two roasts my wife had the beef and I had the chicken,She spent two and a half hours of early monday morning spewing up in the the toilet.We were wondering if you had given us some warmed up food from lunchtime as the veg on our plate wasnt all the same texture and freshness.We cancelled the next night meal as our stomachs weren't up for it.

Typical 3 star hotel but with 5 strvice, the staff cant do enough for you. Hotel has 2 restaurants but only the Arches was open but the food was great with big portions. Bar prices were reasonable with a good choice of gins. Breakfast had a good choice of either continental or hot buffet, again staff waiting on couldn't do enough for you, they really are a credit to the hotel.

Friendly staff and good location for our trip made this an ideal overnight stay. The service score would have been even higher as we had several issues at breakfast. We had lunch and dinner the day of arrival the staff were brilliant I think we were just unlucky at breakfast the following day. Would certainly return if visiting this area again

Check in was pleasant and easy, although booked classic room were allocated an executive room on the ground floor which was a really large airy room which as well as, a large king size bed, had a lovely bathroom, with bath shower over, and a separate seating area in room with television on wall, the breakfast on both days was very good, although we ate in the hotel both evenings we found not alot of choice on the menu although what we selected was very nicely freshly cooked. Hotel was in an excellent position for our North Wales visit. Excellent value for money.
