Great hotel in brilliant location for exploring mull. Room very nice with great view of the ferry terminal and craignure bay.dinner at night was a 6 course taster menu which changes every night and is very well done.we had a bit of a mix up as they thought we only had dinner for the first night but after ordering something from the main menu they sorted this out but we still missed the 6 courses that night. The spa attached to the hotel is good and is free to use for guests.never had any treatments but used the spa every day hot tub steam room solarium and pool hot tub is outside with nice views of the sound of mull.over all great stay and felt rested when we left and looking to return soon

Missed the Mull boat on Friday 13/11/15 however Classic Britain made sure we spent the night at Oban bay hotel. After a harrowing attempt at trying to reach Mull hotel we had to return to Oban. Thanks for sorting everything out.

Hotel was fine, but the restaurant taster menu was not great tiny portions even for the the food you had choices for, had scallop for starters and they had cut one up into tiny pieces and you got about three of them in a bed of lettuce. Staff in restaurant all foreign and found it hard to understand them as they did us. Hotel receptionist very unhelpful the only british person who worked there.

After reading very bad reviews for this hotel we were pleasantly surprised. Ok it is no 5* but it doesn't claim to be. The staff are all nice and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable though a proper double bed as opposed to two singles pushed together would have been preferable! The choice of food was good and it was all delicious and well presented. Super breakfast! Would happily stay again.

As always the hotel shows a warm welcome and all staff, particularly restaurant staff, are very nice. Only thing I would say is that I thought we had a herd of elephants above us each morning - the floorboards are so creaky that I was awoken whenever the guests upstairs were up and about.

We had a lovely stay the staff were really helpful and friendly. We had two Guide Dogs in training with us one 14 months and one 14 weeks, they were allowed into the restaurant which is an important part of their training. Thank you everyone for making it a special trip.

Just back from a lovely 2-night dinner bed & breakfast for the price of 1 stay - incredible value for money especially as the dinner was their 6 course taster menu which changed from day to day Great food, nice relaxed atmosphere, cosy rooms, very efficient staff (just not overly friendly probably due to English not being their native tongue for all but one) The hotel was a wee bit old-fashioned but very clean and comfortable - a perfect base for touring Mull

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. My wife had some special dietary needs during our visit and all the staff were extremely helpful in this regard. The room was very clean and fresh fruit provided each day. The view from the room was stunning.

We stayed for 3 nights and wis return however I don't like the fact you have to book your dinner time at breakfast and cannot book this later the facilities were great however the pool was a little cold. Staff sometimes made you feel intimidated. Breakfast and food could not fault.

A short break at the Isle of Mull Hotel - simply fantastic. Hotel clean and tidy, rooms adequate rather than remarkable, but Staff in this Hotel were really excellent. Although Hotel is walking distance from the pier, the island demands a car to get around. Well worth it - stunning scenery, although we have to admit that we were blessed with gorgeous weather.

Loved our stay in the Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa. The view sets the scene for a smashing switch off.This is a simple hotel but has lots of comfy big couches around to huddle in for pre dinner drinks or coffee afterwards. The spa has a lovely pool and good steam room though unfortunately the hot tub wasn't available and the sauna was never up to heat when I was there. Huge amount of clothes cubicals. Would beneifit from some separate shower units as only ones available were by the side of the pool. Staff friendly and helpful especially in the dinning room which has fantastic food. If you are a dog lover there is easy access to outside with a number of great walks around. We were unable to lock our bedroom door and asked a number of times to be told what to do alas the small switch on the door kept jumping which wasn't accepted as not working by staff. As we had a dog this wasn't an issue but would of been good to have been resolved Key on our b edinformation didn't appear to be agknowledged

My wife and I have just returned from an extremely enjoyable weekend at The Isle of Mull Hotel. Th staff were very friendly and attentive to everyone's needs
