no hot water to wash or shower & was not informed of this on arrival also dining & sittings areas were very cold which made eating & relaxing very unconfortable. Management did not inform or apologise for these issues I also thoughtthat they should have offered us complimentary refreshments as a token of respect, but no, think they have to improve in their customer care.

1 had a fab time in Mull and would love to go back. The hotel and staff were great, friedly courteous and professional The room and facilities were excellent. Food was very good - would have liked a little more vegetarian options at breakfast maybe vegetarian haggis/sausages/ cheeses and breads/crackers. Other than that both my son and I had a lovely stay and would hope to come back again next year

Spa was excellent, location great, staff on the whole friendly but a la carte chunky chips were a big let down (frozen chips)as an accompianment to a delicous steak. Would still go back though

disapointed that the outside hot tub wasn't working for the 3 days we stayed there, the spa lockers didn't lock.

Check in and check out difficult as female receptionist never at reception desk, had to search her out, once located felt we had inconvenienced her(possibly benefit from customer service training, a bell on desk may also be useful).Restaurant staff fantastic and very helpful. Rooms and leisure area clean. Would stay again , hopeflully with a warmer welcome

I have used this Hotel 3 times in the last 2 yrs. Excellant facilities, good transfer service from Ferry port to Hotel and back. I would recommend this Hotel for its superb Leisure facilities and comfort. Most enjoyable.

A perfectly reasonable hotel in a lovely setting. It's a bit tartan tourist (the slightly sycophantic service suggests it's designed to appeal to Americans) but as a base to explore Mull it's fine. The outdoor hot tub needs servicing, though.
