We had a lovely break in this hotel. It was very good value for money. The hotel gave us a good base to travel around the island - we did take the car over on the ferry.

Beautiful situation and fine views from rooms and bar / restaurant. Service in the restaurant was a bit rushed on our first night, six courses in an hour. Second night was a bit more relaxed.

Fantastic location. Room clean with lovely view over mull sound. Good food and enjoyed the taster menu but you can adjust to your own tastes. Waiting staff wonderful. I will go back again

I visited the hotel with three friends and we were all absolutely delighted with everything... the rooms, staff, spa and especially the food! I would certainly recommend it. The location is also perfect for visiting both Iona and Tobermory - some single track roads but perfectly passable. Wi-fi precarious but we were on holiday so even better!!

Nice hotel. Rooms are adequate but the walls were quite thin - you could hear conversations next door. View from the room was good. Service and food was excellent. Pool and Spa were also good.

The hotel is missing out on so many opportunities to encourage repeat business ie shuttle bus service to/from ferry and Tobermory as public service is limited and nothing after 6pm. Also weekend entertainment would be great as there is nothing to do in the evenings. The staff were very helpful, attentive etc especially dining room staff.

Sorry to say I have nothing positive to say. The hotel has stagnant water at the far a way end making the rooms smelling of waste, room 107 is particularly bad as previously mentioned on trip advisor, so the staff are aware, another room shown had not been cleaned, a third room smelt of cheap chemical and window did not open. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Twice I requested to speak to a manager but he was not available, 3pm on a Friday afternoon where was the manager? We had no choice but to return to Oban. I despair that foreign visitors will think this hotel is representative of Scotland. The manager since phoned me and said he would consider refunding my money and would phone me back, he did not phone back but spoke with Mark from Classic Britain who was very very helpful and sympathetic and thank him for his intervention.

Fantastic value break thanks to Classic Britain. The 6 course dinners were outstanding and the service was always attentive and never rushed. The deal that we bought from you for the Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa represented excellent value for money. The 'taster' menu which is included in the package is superb. Staff were a bit overwehlmed by numbers in early August but service was, overall, very professional. The hotel is in a very attractive setting with picture postcard views over the sound of Mull. Bedrooms are fine but in need of an upgrade, especially the door locks. We did not use the spa facilities but on viewing them they did seem to be of high quality. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely book the same deal again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly and attentive, food in restaurant outstanding and setting ideal for dog guests with suitable grounds and shore paths to explore. A dog waste bin would be useful though. Hotel provided a relaxing atmosphere in lounge areas, where dogs are able to be with their owners. Room immaculately clean, but leaky shower let it down. Leak was reported, but not fixed during our stay. That said however, we would definitely consider returning.
