great hotel only problem was a misunderstanding on the drinks package hotel though it was 2 drinks per night also were unsure of wine glass size bit embarassing although when advised bar staff was sorted out 2nd night overall had fantastic break

Excellent 2 night weekend stay during Jan 13. Staff were 1st class throughout, in particular Ben in the restaurant. Room was very nice, clean & comfortable. Food in the restaurant whilst slightly limited in choice was again of a high standard. Finally we enjoyed spending an afternoon within the Spa including a Rasul treatment which I would highly recommend.

Menu changed for room service so had to re order, shower smelled really bad, apart from that no complaints at all

Very welcoming, friendly staff and wanting you to enjoy your stay. The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard with well chosen colour schemes. Some of the larger, open areas could have done with higher ceilings but nevertheless an oustanding overall achievement. Likewise, the bedrooms were to an exceptional high quality finish - 10. Service matched the hotel ambience and was exceptional - 10. The choice of food was sufficient and prepared to a very high standard - compliments to the chef - 10. A lovely two night break which will be repeated.
