This hotel is fantastic. All staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern bright and clean. There is plenty of parking on site. The restaurant staff know the menu so they can help with any diet allergies. Would recommend this hotel everytime.

the receptionist was fantastic we had our left our zoo tickets at home and she rang the zoo straight away she also put a birthday card under our door for son!!! excellent service

The staff were all very polite. Room service was excellent and delivered with a smile. The breakfast was a superb start to the day and staff went out of their way to help.

brilliant hotel and staff its a credit to them that makes this hotel what it is,brilliant,my only gripes ar the stand chairs in the rooms are not fortable to sit on as the seat cusions have seen their best as you sit on the frame of the chair instead, also the exit security code machine is in the wrong place,its right on the cornerbehind a bush and you have to manover your car to get near it, but othewise i would recomend this hotel to anybody as it was recomended to me once again brilliant*****

stayed for one night with my girlfriend , amazing service staff are very pleasant, the room was amazing we even had a view of the pleasure beach and the breakfast was very nice , will be staying again

Stayed here twice now. The hotel staff cannot do enough for you. Rooms are brilliant and as we have 2 children they accommodate for everything we need. My eldest particularly liked the fact that he had bunk beds with his own TV. When we are visiting Blackpool again with the family we will be back. Thanks for the great service.
