Our party of six had a very enjoyable two night stay at the Rendezvous recently. We would recommend the hotel for its food general appearance and friendly staff. We will be coming again.

Room on the fifth floor had a lot of traffic noise. Very poor quality of shower. Hotel reception, dining very good. front of hotel looks directly into an industrial estate not clear from the booking

Lovely hotel, verygood service - amazing food. Lovely presentation with a great canal side location. A shame about the 12.50 am false fire alarm but these things happen. It certainly wouldn't put us off staying there again.

Very enjoyable stay. In fact we enjoyed it so much we have booked there again for the end of July. Bedrooms are a little tired in places but while we were there some were being upgraded so presume there is a general upgrade in progress. Staff are all very friendly and helpul and food in the canal side conservatory restaurant is excellent. It really is hard to fault. If traffic noise is a problem be sure to book a canal side room.

I would not have booked this hotel if I had realised that it was only an allowance against the cost of dinner. I now know you have to search under various tabs or look way down on your confirmation E-mail.
