I couldn’t get a sleep in this hotel for the noise of the motor way but the food was really good and tails were nice shame it was the noise waste d it was that bad we couldn’t stay the second night left after one night , room was a bit tired and bath panel was hanging off

What amazing staff, food & rooms. The staff Christine from booking a wet room & bottom floor. To the beautiful girls in the restaurant that can’t do enough for you. The breakfast staff fantastic. Aileen is a brilliant all rounder. Will definitely be back. Thank you all from Liz x

Stayed 2 nights. Great deal. Staff are so lovely and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Food good Breakfast buffet not a great fan of but quality good and lovely fresh poached eggs.

Hotel was immaculate the staff where so friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect lovely soft towels, beds were super comfy. Food was absolutely beautiful. Definitely will be returning. Excellent stay thank you

Brilliant overnight stay, room was lovely dinner and breakfast were excellent and a bottle of wine thrown in on the deal too. Really can’t get any better. Will definitely go back here

What an amazing time we had on Sunday the 23rd April. The check in, staff & food totally made our stay so perfect. What a brilliant offer as well. We need to take more breaks as it was just the best time. Thank you. From Liz & Archie McDonald.

Checked in as a couple on 23rd April 2023.The receptionist was pleasant and chatty.On arrival at our room it looked well appointed but we noted the TV Ariel had apparently been pulled out of wall socket and wires exposed so useless.Reported to reception and was upgraded to the Bridal Suite if we wanted so we accepted.On entering the room the decor was in need of repair, wallpaper peeling around the window.The TV had an Ariel although taped to the wall socket with parcel tape unfortunately reception was poor so gave up on that.At least we thought we would get WiFi but sadly again poor quality.One of the downlighters in the bedroom area was out and another flickered off and on.Couldn't get any heat to come through the radiator although at highest setting.Settee in room sagging and found glitter under it along with an earrng!!!.On to the bathroom,big size but only one downlighter working, toilet roll holder broken therefore toilet roll kept falling of when trying to use,sink taps loose and ran for a minute then trickled, heated towel rail like the radiator didn't work.No shaver point and reception did not have a shaver adaptor for guests to use. Security chain was missing although there was a fitting for it.On the positive side the bed was large and comfy and food was excellent so a shout out to chef and waiting staff.We could have complained again but as only staying one night thankfully we decided to cut our losses as on previous stays we had no complaints.
