View from balcony was outstanding. Absolutely beautiful. Room looking a bit tired and could be doing with a bit of an update but that aside, the bed was super comfortable and we had a lovely stay. We had room service with dinner and went to restaurant for breakfast. Had a lovely stay and would return.

We stayed at the lodge on loch Lomond from 12th - 14th of November. We stayed in the executive room with balcony overlooking the loch. Lovely view. The hotel room was big and had a lovely bathroom suite and separate toilet. The room had all the amenities your required. For the mini bar you had to fill in a sheet with what alcohol you would like stocked and this had to be handed in at the bar before 6. Hotel staff very friendly from start to finish. As part of our deal we had 2 nights stay with dinner and breakfast. This hotel is now special to me as it's were I got engaged, a special thanks to the restaurant team as they made our first dinner as an engagement couple special - they brought us a plate covered in strawberries with congratulations written on it. Very attentive staff and great menu both dinner and breakfast. Plenty of choice.

My stay at lodge on the loch was amazing. The room was beautiful, personal sauna in the room was a lovely addition. No complaints on any of the services I received from the reception staff, the bar staff and the waiting staff. Food was lovely. I'll definitely be booking again and would recommend to anyone. 10/10

Had a fantastic overnight stay. Room beautiful complete with sauna and amazing views from balcony. Food was delicious and staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely would like to return.

Amazing spent one night away with in room sauna for my husbands birthday and we had the best night. Meal was outstanding and the bed was the comfiest thing we have sober slept on.

Had a great time at this hotel, ended up going the night before and spent 2 nights. Hotel was lovely, room very spacious with views over the Loch. Small balcony to sit at but not really warm enough at this time of year. Food was excellent too although a £12 surcharge seamed a bit much for a sirloin steak. Would recommend and will go back again.

Myself and my husband had a great stay the hotel is lovely and the views speak for themselves food was amazing however I was not made aware of the maintenance work that was being carried out most of the Saturday during our stay right above our room we did go out that morning for a walk just as the work starting at 10am we arrived back at the hotel just after lunch we decided to go and use the spa facilities which were lovely and very relaxing after that we returned back to our room about 2:30 was hoping to get a afternoon nap but this was not possible will all the noise going on I was extremely disappointed and annoyed about this as you pay alot of money for what you expect to be a relaxing break I totally understand that hotels need to carry out maintenance work from time to.time but I should have been made aware of this when I checked in on the Friday also think is unfair you charge full price for rooms when guest have to listing to all that noise on a Saturday morning/ afternoon I did complain about this to young girl at reception on my departure and she did apologise and would pass my complaint to the manager. Overall I would recommend and return but will be calling next time to make sure that no maintenance will be carried out right above my room Mrs C Shaw

Booked Lodge on the Loch as a birthday gift. Facilities was good and room sauna. But disapointed with service as extremely slow in bar area as waited 40mins for a cake trio as had to ask several times. Breakfast came with mouldy toast and no butter. Got told by head person that he personally checked the bread himself and blamed the new supplier and was having to ask them why bread was mouldy lol. Receptionist was a bit snippy when she asked if enjoyed our stay. I said it was ok. Her reply was is there something you want to say but never responded after i told her. A bit disappointing overall.

Lovely hotel the only draw back was the floor leading to the dining room is wooden and slippery if you are wearing heels. I fell on the Sunday night going for dinner at 8pm, if I had not been holding you not my husband arm it would have been worse. After dinner when everyone else was having a great time I had to go back our room as my knee pain was quite bad. My right knee is still sore.
