Very easy to book and value for money
We had a lovely stay at shap wells hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our dog was made very welcome too. The hotel is in a beautiful surrounding perfect for an evening or daytime stroll. The food served was perfect with a very wide range if couces.
MyHotelBreak.com has lots of great offers. The site is easy to use and they supply full details of the hotels, their deals and clearly point out your rights. A big advantage is that amendments can be made free of charge.
I received great speedy service when I messed up my booking, one email & it was amended for me in a flash on a Sunday! Now that's amazing.

I would like to make a complaint regarding this hotel. we had passed on our comments when we checked out but got nothing in response.
the hotel itself was ok. however the bed was like sleeping on a brick. we barely slept but were woke up at 8am by the cleaners coming into the room. I would defo recommend my hotel break but as for this hotel I will definitly not be back again.
Booked Golf, room and breakfast and paid to upgrade to a room with a panoramic golf view.
We were allocated a room with a view of the car park at the front of the hotel.
Friends who booked independently but travelled with us didn’t pay for upgrade but were allocated a room on the third floor with a panoramic view of both golf course and sea.
When we complained we were offered £40 resort credits - at checkout!!!
