I had to amend my booking due to travel restrictions. I did this through the Live Help. Susan amended the booking quickly. I am very impressed with the service.
Unfortunately due to tier 3 restrictions this is just not a time to travel across scotland and will hopefully be able to find such a great deal early nxt year.
I have cancelled due to gov restrictions as we have been advised as a tear 3 not to travel out of our area.
I will be booking with yous again very soon as long as covid restrictions don't stop me doing so.

We asked to amend our booking to November due to current restrictions. Nothing was too much trouble and the agent changed our booking with no problem, great service in these uncertain times!

Recently booked a couple of breaks through myhotelbreak one by phone and one through internet. Telephone booking was easy and agent was very helpful. Excellent follow up service updating on covid preparations and what to expect. Internet booking was smooth as well. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend my hotel break and will use them again in future.
I've always been very pleased with all my hotel breaks service is great from booking to end. We are sorry to have to cancel our latest break but look for word to our next one in February. Hopefully things get back to normal.

Having already purchased a break as a gift for my daughter & her boyfriend for a birthday break last October, which they thoroughly enjoyed, I had no hesitation in buying another as a Christmas gift.
Due to the events of 2020, the voucher had not been used & now cannot be found. I contacted myhotelbreak.com to see if anything could be done as the voucher had not been redeemed. Susan picked up the request & I have to say was absolutely fabulous. She verified my identity & the non-redemption of the voucher & managed to cancel it & issue a replacement in a matter of hours of my request.....ON A SUNDAY!!!

My husband and I have booked a few hotels now and all have been great,no complaints at all, booking is easy and just as easy to cancel if you need to ,I always look to book with my hotel break before anywhere else.
We spent a lovely 2nights at the Luib Hotel. It was picturesque, within easy reach of lots of tourist places, the food was good, it was clean and the people were lovely.
The only problem was the lack of heating. It was about 0 degrees overnight and the heating was only on from 5pm until about 10.30pm so when I went to bed I had my coat on and my hiking socks. .None of the radiators in the corridors were on and the main lounge only had one tiny radiator. There was a log fire which was on from about dinner time until about 10ish.
It would've been perfect if it had been warmer.
I have used My Hotel Breaks many many times and I have even bought gift vouchers several times as presents. It's the perfect gift for someone who has everything!
I was super impressed today when emailing Susan - she was very helpful and I am slightly overwhelmed with the kindness and generosity from the company agreeing to extend unused vouchers due to covid and further unforeseen circumstances with in the family.
I was going to say I'd recommend My Hotel Breaks... but I already do! (To everyone I know)

Booked a trip away for my husband and myself and had to cancel with just 4 days notice ( hubby feeling ill and don't want to risk it being cover) cancelled no problem and just a £5 fee will definitely book another trip when he feels better.
