Very disappointed at been charged £5.00for cancelling my booking which is over 2 months away

Had to cancel first choice but phoned and the girl was ver helpful and managed to get a different hotel for us excellent work thank you

Booked Riverside Lodge Irvine for sisters 70th Birthday in April 3 room
She took covid .No problem rebooked it for 2weeks later £5 to cancel booking . So much so always look on there Web site first to book a hotel

We would just like to convey a big thank you for your care and understanding regarding our latest booking with you. It was with regret that due to a very serious family matter we had to cancel.

Hi I have had the best service with Nicola today,had 2 rooms booked for 4 adults,one couldn't come so down to 3,meaning one of us in room alone,asked for bed to be put into our room so 3 in room,Nicola sorted everything,an hour or so later another good friend said can I come,so Nicola had to rearrange again but she was so polite,and we are elderly ladies so really appreciate her help.well done Nicola.

I'm just back from having a terrific overnight stay at Riverside Lodge in Irvine. This was a much delayed break due to covid etc, and MyHotelBreak made a great effort to make it happen and arrange booking.
The hotel was very nice indeed and one of the best rooms I have stayed in. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.
Thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here, it's also a good location for the various beaches in the area, Irvine, Troon etc
