Have used My Hotel Break many times and I have never had any problems when I have made a booking. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable, they always do their best to find the best hotel deal in the area or hotel we would like to stay in.

Very easy and quick to book and then sadly had to cancel. Hoping can re book soon. Having ti sadly isolate with being a close contact so gutted about it

Had a fantastic weekend at King Robert Hotel,Stirling. Fabulous deal. 3rd deal we have booked with your company. Recommend highly.

Breakfasts were a disaster first morning it was Luke warm buffet second morning thought it would be better to order of cooked items . Waited 35 min on portage and two omelettes they all came together so the portage was sent back and the omelette was like rubber think it had been made hours before we got them so no breakfast . Main meals at night could not fault but will not be back .

I have had occasions to phone to change our booking and the service I received was excellent
I phoned today (28 June) change a date and book an extra room at the he Pheasant Charlecote Hotel, Sue dealt with my requests, she was very friendly and professional and arranged what was required very quickly.
Will carry on using your site.

Customer service is 5 star...I had to cancel as I had double booked ? I'm away seeing family nxt weekend but I will be booking somewhere else soon
